【摘要】：每一所大學(xué)都有自己的辦學(xué)理念,但并非每一所大學(xué)都有自己獨(dú)特的“大學(xué)精神”。一個(gè)良好的校園精神可以為全校師生起到正確的導(dǎo)向作用，同時(shí)他也是校園文化的發(fā)祥地。大學(xué)精神的最深層意蘊(yùn)不僅包括凝聚師生員工，提升學(xué)生人格魅力等重要內(nèi)涵，更包括了大學(xué)精神的體現(xiàn)與傳承。在提高院校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、建設(shè)良好的院校內(nèi)部環(huán)境、提升院校整體水平方面，“大學(xué)精神”的培育至關(guān)重要。目前，培育院校大學(xué)精神已成為許多高校的共識(shí)。部分院校已將大學(xué)精神培育納入學(xué)校建設(shè)規(guī)劃，進(jìn)行了一定的實(shí)踐探索并取得了一定的成績(jī)。隨著大學(xué)精神培育理論的不斷成熟，大學(xué)精神培育必將受到越來越多的高等院校的重視，大學(xué)精神培育將成為院校整體建設(shè)規(guī)劃之中不可缺少的重要組成部分。然而,近年來大學(xué)精神的普遍缺失在一定程度上制約了新建本科院校的發(fā)展，重塑與傳承大學(xué)精神成為新建本科院校發(fā)展的重要命題。在國(guó)內(nèi)的很多大學(xué)校園里，雖然雄偉壯闊的建筑數(shù)量不斷增多，學(xué)術(shù)研究成果也成直線上升的趨勢(shì)，但提及精神文化的建立，很多學(xué)校都面臨“斯文掃地”的窘境。遺落的精神文明在大學(xué)校園內(nèi)幾乎蕩然無存。尤其對(duì)于那些“后起之秀”的新建本科院校更是重要。 本文在查閱大量資料的基礎(chǔ)上，并遵循提出問題、分析問題和解決問題的思路，通過定性分析的方法，首先闡述了大學(xué)精神的內(nèi)涵、特征、功能等基礎(chǔ)理論，以及大學(xué)精神在新建本科院校發(fā)展中的重要意義和作用；其次，，結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國(guó)新建本科院校大學(xué)精神培育與建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀，分析了新建本科院校大學(xué)精神培育與建設(shè)過程中取得的成就及存在的問題；然后，在論述新建本科院校大學(xué)精神缺失的表現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，深入剖析了其原因；最后，從學(xué)術(shù)建設(shè)、制度建設(shè)、校園文化建設(shè)三個(gè)主要方面提出了培育新建本科院校大學(xué)精神的對(duì)策和建議。 通過本文的研究，總結(jié)與分析當(dāng)前我國(guó)新建本科院校大學(xué)精神建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、缺失的表現(xiàn)與原因、對(duì)策等，希望能夠?yàn)槲覈?guó)眾多新建本科院校的大學(xué)精神培育與建設(shè)工作提供一些參考意見和解決思路，大力塑造大學(xué)精神,盡快形成自己的辦學(xué)特色,從而提高自身“軟實(shí)力”與整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，爭(zhēng)取在國(guó)際高校間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得一定的文化地位。
[Abstract]:Every university has its own idea, but not every university has its own unique university spirit. A good campus spirit can play a correct guiding role for teachers and students, and it is also the birthplace of campus culture. The most profound implication of the university spirit includes not only the important connotations such as the cohesion of teachers and students, the promotion of students' personality charm, but also the embodiment and inheritance of the university spirit. The cultivation of "university spirit" is of great importance in improving the quality of talents training, building a good internal environment and improving the overall level of colleges and universities. At present, cultivating college spirit has become the consensus of many colleges and universities. Some colleges and universities have brought the cultivation of university spirit into the school construction plan, and have carried on certain practice exploration and obtained certain achievement. With the maturation of university spirit cultivation theory, more and more colleges and universities will pay more and more attention to university spirit cultivation, and university spirit cultivation will become an indispensable part in the overall construction planning of colleges and universities. However, in recent years, the general lack of university spirit has restricted the development of new undergraduate colleges to a certain extent, and reshaping and inheriting the spirit of universities has become an important proposition for the development of newly established colleges and universities. In many colleges and universities in China, although the number of magnificent buildings is increasing and the academic research results are on the rise, many schools are faced with the dilemma of "sweeping the floor" when it comes to the establishment of spiritual culture. The lost spiritual civilization almost disappeared from the university campus. Especially for those "up-to-date" new undergraduate colleges and universities are more important. On the basis of consulting a large amount of data, and following the thinking of putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, through qualitative analysis, this paper first expounds the basic theories of the spirit of university, such as connotation, characteristics, functions and so on. And the significance and role of university spirit in the development of newly established undergraduate colleges. Secondly, combining with the current situation of cultivation and construction of university spirit in newly established universities in China, This paper analyzes the achievements and existing problems in the cultivation and construction of the university spirit in the newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities, and then, on the basis of discussing the expression of the spirit deficiency in the newly-built undergraduate colleges and universities, deeply analyzes the causes; finally, from the perspective of academic construction, Three main aspects of system construction and campus culture construction are put forward to cultivate the university spirit of new undergraduate colleges and universities. Through the research of this paper, the author summarizes and analyzes the present situation of the spirit construction of the newly established universities in China, the expression and reasons of the missing, the countermeasures, etc. It is hoped that it can provide some references and solutions for the cultivation and construction of the university spirit of many newly established universities in our country, and make great efforts to shape the spirit of the university so as to form its own characteristics of running a school as soon as possible. In order to improve their own "soft power" and overall competitiveness, strive for a certain cultural status in the competition between international universities.
