O2O模式下餐飲外賣市場大學生消費群分析——基于河北師范大學的實證研究

【摘要】:基于問卷調(diào)查和焦點小組訪談,本文以河北師范大學為例,對O2O模式下餐飲外賣市場大學生消費群進行了分析,得出結(jié)論:大學生是餐飲外賣的主要消費群體,他們沒有固定的訂餐頻次,但通常選擇在午餐時間通過手機網(wǎng)上訂餐,并進行在線支付,可接受的等餐時間基本在30分鐘以內(nèi)。方便、可以足不出戶用餐是他們選擇外賣訂餐的最主要原因,價格便宜、有促銷活動也是重要的考慮因素。傳單和朋友推薦是他們獲取外賣平臺信息的主要渠道,美團外賣和餓了么是他們目前最常使用的外賣平臺,簡單直接的降價促銷最受歡迎,餐飲食品的衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量是他們選擇外賣平臺時考慮的最重要因素。
[Abstract]:Based on questionnaires and focus group interviews, this paper takes Hebei normal University as an example to analyze the consumption group of college students in the takeout market under the O _ 2O model. The conclusion is that college students are the main consumers of takeout. They don't have a regular order frequency, but they usually choose to order meals online over their cell phones during lunchtime and pay online. The acceptable waiting time is less than 30 minutes. Convenient, can not go out to eat is the most important reason why they choose takeout order, the price is cheap, has the promotion activity is also the important consideration factor. Flyers and friends' referrals are their main sources of information on the take-out platform. Meituan take-out and hunger are the most popular takeout platforms they use right now, and simple and direct price cuts are most popular. The hygienic quality of food and beverage is the most important factor that they consider when they choose the take-out platform.
