【摘要】：在近幾年來,全國大學(xué)生的畢業(yè)人數(shù)呈逐年增加的態(tài)勢(shì),而就業(yè)崗位人數(shù)有限,可見大學(xué)生的就業(yè)情況不容樂觀,就業(yè)壓力也再不斷加劇,為了緩解大學(xué)生的就業(yè)壓力,以大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)為就業(yè)的途徑逐漸變成一種就業(yè)新模式。這種創(chuàng)業(yè)模式我們大力提倡,但是大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)率和成功率還都很低,原因有很多,包括大學(xué)生自身的能力有限,經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,但歸結(jié)其中的一個(gè)重要原因就是大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)支持體系不夠完善和健全。 本研究主要以中關(guān)村科技園為研究對(duì)象,探討大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)支持體系的構(gòu)建。從中關(guān)村現(xiàn)有的創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、融資狀況、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和高等教育狀況等幾個(gè)方面分析了中關(guān)村科技園大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)的宏觀環(huán)境。并采用調(diào)查問卷的方法對(duì)中關(guān)村科技園內(nèi)的創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察調(diào)研,了解中關(guān)村科技園內(nèi)大學(xué)生科技企業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)服務(wù)需求,分析出中關(guān)村大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)支持體系存在的問題,主要有融資渠道不暢,市場(chǎng)開拓較難,團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)不好,產(chǎn)業(yè)合作較弱等問題。 最后為了完善中關(guān)村科技園大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)支持體系的構(gòu)建,同時(shí)能給入住科技園的企業(yè)提供一個(gè)全方位的服務(wù),提出了完善創(chuàng)業(yè)融資服務(wù)支持,建立企業(yè)信息交流平臺(tái),推進(jìn)人力資源開發(fā)平臺(tái)建設(shè),和大力發(fā)展各種市場(chǎng)中介服務(wù)組織的建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of graduates in China has been increasing year by year, and the number of employment posts is limited. It can be seen that the employment situation of college students is not optimistic, and the employment pressure is getting worse again. In order to alleviate the employment pressure of college students, The way of taking college students' entrepreneurship as employment gradually becomes a new mode of employment. We strongly advocate this kind of entrepreneurial model, but the entrepreneurial rate and success rate of college students are still very low. There are many reasons, including the limited ability of college students themselves and lack of experience. But one of the important reasons is that the support system of college students' entrepreneurship is not perfect and sound. This research mainly takes Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park as the research object, discusses the university student science and technology entrepreneurship support system construction. This paper analyzes the macro environment of scientific and technological entrepreneurship of university students in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park from several aspects, such as the status of development, financing, economic development and higher education of the existing entrepreneurial enterprises in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park. In order to understand the entrepreneurial service demand of university students in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, we investigated and investigated the entrepreneurial enterprises in Zhongguancun Science Park by questionnaire. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the supporting system of Zhongguancun university students' scientific and technological entrepreneurship, such as poor financing channels, difficult market development, poor team building, weak industrial cooperation, and so on. Finally, in order to perfect the construction of science and technology enterprise support system for university students in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, and at the same time to provide a comprehensive service for the enterprises in the science and technology park, this paper proposes to improve the support of venture financing service and establish an enterprise information exchange platform. Promote the construction of human resources development platform, and vigorously develop various market intermediary service organizations.
