基于新時期人力資源需求的X高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)體系構(gòu)建

【摘要】:由于中國高等教育逐步實現(xiàn)了從精英教育向大眾教育的轉(zhuǎn)變,越來越多的青年人獲得了接受高等教育的機會。但隨著中國經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型進入攻堅階段,就業(yè)矛盾日益突出,中國大學(xué)生的就業(yè)形勢也愈發(fā)嚴峻。因此,在巨大的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)壓力下,高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作的壓力也不斷增加,就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作出現(xiàn)了與我國高等教育的快速發(fā)展要求的不協(xié)調(diào)。當(dāng)前,如何提高學(xué)生就業(yè)競爭能力,提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)成為就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作所關(guān)注的焦點。因此,進行系統(tǒng)全面的高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作體系研究,對學(xué)生提升個人競爭力、學(xué)校長期健康發(fā)展、企業(yè)人力資源開發(fā)、以及維護社會繁榮穩(wěn)定等方面均具有非常重要的意義。 本文先從人力資源需求及其相關(guān)理論綜述出發(fā),通過對當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及影響就業(yè)的因素分析,總結(jié)出現(xiàn)代企業(yè)對人力資源需求的整體特點,并對當(dāng)前高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)結(jié)果與新時期人力資源需求差異進行對比分析。再從國內(nèi)外高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)發(fā)展歷史及現(xiàn)狀介紹入手,在比較當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒國外高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的先進做法和經(jīng)驗技術(shù),嘗試性的從建立健全高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作制度體系、科學(xué)建設(shè)高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)工作運行體系、全面完善高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)課程設(shè)計體系三個模塊入手構(gòu)建高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)體系,,并對模塊的構(gòu)成要素做出進一步的解釋。
[Abstract]:As China's higher education has gradually realized the transition from elite education to mass education, more and more young people have received higher education opportunities. However, with China's economic transformation into a critical stage, the employment contradiction is becoming increasingly prominent, and the employment situation of Chinese college students is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, under the enormous pressure of graduates' employment, the pressure of employment guidance in colleges and universities is also increasing, and the employment guidance work has not coordinated with the rapid development of higher education in China. At present, how to improve students' employment competition ability and improve their comprehensive quality has become the focus of employment guidance. Therefore, it is of great significance for the students to improve their personal competitiveness, to develop the long-term healthy development of the school, to develop the human resources of the enterprise and to maintain the social prosperity and stability. This article starts from the human resource demand and the related theory summary, through the analysis of the current university student employment present situation and the influence employment factor, summarizes the modern enterprise to the human resources demand overall characteristic. The difference between the current employment guidance results and the human resource demand in the new period is compared and analyzed. Then starting with the introduction of the history and present situation of employment guidance in colleges and universities at home and abroad, on the basis of comparing the employment guidance work of college students at home and abroad, the author draws lessons from the advanced methods and experience technology of employment guidance in foreign universities and colleges. This paper tries to construct the employment guidance system of colleges and universities by establishing and perfecting the system of employment guidance work system, scientifically constructing the running system of employment guidance work in colleges and universities, and comprehensively perfecting the design system of employment guidance curriculum in colleges and universities. And make further explanation to the component element of the module.
