【摘要】：在高校管理中呈現(xiàn)出的文化惰性,導(dǎo)致了大學(xué)文化育人環(huán)境不佳,功利化勞動(dòng)價(jià)值觀嚴(yán)重影響教師文化品格,大學(xué)教育價(jià)值無(wú)法體現(xiàn)"學(xué)生為本"。大學(xué)迫切需要通過文化管理,確立大學(xué)教育價(jià)值體系,重樹大學(xué)教育文化意識(shí),重構(gòu)文化育人良好環(huán)境。大學(xué)文化管理的原則是統(tǒng)一性、互補(bǔ)性、行動(dòng)性和分享性。
[Abstract]:The cultural inertia presented in the management of colleges and universities has led to the poor environment of college cultural education and the serious influence on teachers ' cultural character . The university ' s educational value cannot reflect the " student - centered " . The university needs to adopt cultural management , establish the value system of university education , rebuild the culture consciousness of the education culture of the university , and reconstruct the good environment of culture . The principle of university culture management is unity , complementarity , action and sharing .
