大學(xué)生隱性思想政治教育方法研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生思想政治教育在高校教育中具有重要的地位和作用,一直以來受到黨和國家的重視。由于思想政治教育的環(huán)境和大學(xué)生出現(xiàn)了一些新的變化和特點,這對傳統(tǒng)的思想政治教育方法提出了很大挑戰(zhàn)。為了適應(yīng)這些變化,做到與時俱進,提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育的實效性,需要不斷創(chuàng)新思想政治教育方法,豐富思想政治教育方法體系。作為思想政治教育方法的重要組成部分,隱性思想政治教育方法由于其獨特的作用方式和功能,成為新的研究領(lǐng)域和方向。 本文從大學(xué)生隱性思想政治教育方法研究的歷史背景以及理論和現(xiàn)實意義出發(fā),對隱性思想政治教育方法的含義、特點和功能進行概述,并著重分析了實施隱性思想政治教育方法的必要性和其理論依據(jù),最后嘗試提出如何構(gòu)建大學(xué)生隱性思想政治教育方法體系以及實施隱性思想政治教育方法所遵循的原則和實施的途徑。隱性思想政治教育方法具有潛隱性、間接性、滲透性和互動性等特點,發(fā)揮陶冶、養(yǎng)成和自我教育的功能。實施隱性思想政治教育方法是適應(yīng)教育環(huán)境變化和大學(xué)生新變化、特點的需要,,同時也是改進思想政治教育方法的需要。隱性思想政治教育方法有著堅實的理論依據(jù),實施隱性思想政治教育方法必須遵循一定的原則,才能取得較好的教育效果。大學(xué)生隱性思想政治教育方法的實施需要著重挖掘大學(xué)校園豐富的隱性教育資源,充分利用校園文化、活動、人際關(guān)系等載體。 在研究的過程中,本文主要采用了文獻研究法、綜合分析研究法和比較研究法。本文意通過對大學(xué)生隱性思想政治教育方法進行研究,不斷豐富思想政治教育方法體系,提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育的實際效果。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of college students plays an important role in the education of colleges and universities, and has been attached great importance to by the Party and the country. Due to the environment of ideological and political education and the emergence of some new changes and characteristics of college students, this has posed a great challenge to the traditional methods of ideological and political education. In order to adapt to these changes, keep pace with the times and improve the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education, it is necessary to constantly innovate the methods of ideological and political education and enrich the system of ideological and political education methods. As an important part of the ideological and political education method, the recessive ideological and political education method has become a new research field and direction because of its unique function and function. Based on the historical background and theoretical and practical significance of the research on the methods of implicit ideological and political education for college students, this paper summarizes the meaning, characteristics and functions of the methods of implicit ideological and political education. The necessity and theoretical basis of implementing the implicit ideological and political education method are analyzed emphatically. Finally, the author tries to put forward how to construct the method system of implicit ideological and political education for college students and the principles and approaches to implement the method of implicit ideological and political education. The methods of implicit ideological and political education have the characteristics of latent, indirect, permeable and interactive, and play the role of edification, cultivation and self-education. The implementation of implicit ideological and political education methods is not only the need of adapting to the changes of educational environment and the new changes and characteristics of college students, but also the need of improving the methods of ideological and political education. The method of implicit ideological and political education has a solid theoretical basis, and the implementation of the method of implicit ideological and political education must follow certain principles in order to achieve better educational results. The implementation of the implicit ideological and political education methods for college students needs to focus on the exploration of the rich hidden educational resources on the campus and make full use of the carriers of campus culture, activities, interpersonal relations, and so on. In the course of the research, this paper mainly adopts the literature research method, the comprehensive analysis research method and the comparative research method. This paper intends to enrich the ideological and political education method system and improve the actual effect of the college students' ideological and political education through the study of the hidden ideological and political education methods of college students.
