【摘要】：本科生創(chuàng)新行為很大程度上影響我國未來科技創(chuàng)新的水平,但目前有關(guān)本科生創(chuàng)新行為影響因素的實(shí)證研究較少。本文在文獻(xiàn)回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了目標(biāo)取向?qū)Ρ究粕鷦?chuàng)新行為的影響,分析了自我效能因素在目標(biāo)取向影響本科生創(chuàng)新行為中的作用。通過對(duì)西安交通大學(xué)本科生科研訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃的185個(gè)項(xiàng)目參與學(xué)生的調(diào)查分析,得出實(shí)證研究結(jié)論:個(gè)體學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)取向?qū)ζ鋭?chuàng)新行為具有顯著正向影響;個(gè)體證明目標(biāo)取向?qū)ζ鋭?chuàng)新行為具有顯著正向影響;個(gè)體回避目標(biāo)取向?qū)ζ鋭?chuàng)新行為呈負(fù)向關(guān)系,但未達(dá)到顯著水平;個(gè)體自我效能在個(gè)體目標(biāo)取向與創(chuàng)新行為的關(guān)系中起中介作用。最后討論了本研究的管理啟示、研究不足及未來展望。
[Abstract]:The innovation behavior of undergraduates largely affects the level of science and technology innovation in the future of our country, but there are few empirical studies on the influencing factors of undergraduate innovation behavior at present. On the basis of literature review, this paper discusses the effect of goal orientation on undergraduates' innovation behavior, and analyzes the role of self-efficacy factors in influencing undergraduates' innovation behavior. Based on the investigation and analysis of 185 students involved in the undergraduate research and training program of Xi'an Jiaotong University, the empirical research results are as follows: the orientation of individual learning goals has a significant positive impact on their innovative behavior; The individual proves that the goal orientation has a significant positive effect on its innovation behavior, while the individual evading goal orientation has a negative relationship with its innovation behavior, but does not reach the significant level. Individual self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in the relationship between individual goal orientation and innovation behavior. Finally, the paper discusses the management enlightenment, research deficiency and future prospect of this study.
