【摘要】：當前我國正處于社會轉(zhuǎn)型期,社會的階層構(gòu)成和利益結(jié)構(gòu)以及人們思想道德發(fā)生了重大轉(zhuǎn)變,在這樣的形勢下,高校思想政治教育管理同樣也面臨著挑戰(zhàn)和機遇。影響到高校思想政治教育實效的關(guān)鍵因素就是高校思想政治教育管理。高校思想政治教育管理中出現(xiàn)的一系列新情況、新問題,影響著高校思想政治教育的發(fā)展。因此,對高校思想政治教育管理體系進行優(yōu)化研究就成為高校思想政治教育勢在必行的重要課題。 高校思想政治教育管理體系的優(yōu)化研究在傳統(tǒng)管理思想和學(xué)科理論充分借鑒與吸收的基礎(chǔ)上,從運作節(jié)點層面上解析和建構(gòu)高校思想政治教育管理體系的構(gòu)建模塊,實現(xiàn)構(gòu)建模塊的體系化優(yōu)化,進而探索高校思想政治教育管理體系的優(yōu)化研究,并在這個基礎(chǔ)上實現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新,最終優(yōu)化出一套完整的高校思想政治教育管理體系是本研究課題的主要任務(wù)。通過研究,一方面可以為高校思想政治教育管理的學(xué)科化和科學(xué)化發(fā)展貢獻力量；另一方面可以實現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育管理工作的體系化和程式化,提高高校思想政治教育管理體系的實效,建立高校思想政治教育管理的長效機制,對于幫助高校學(xué)生構(gòu)建與時代發(fā)展相適應(yīng),與社會主義核心價值體系相契合的思想道德意識是具有積極意義的。 為了進一步優(yōu)化高校思想政治教育管理體系,應(yīng)當對其進行深入研究,從而提高高校思想政治教育管理體系的實效。本文共分為四個部分：第一部分：高校思想政治教育管理體系概論。首先,對管理的涵義作了闡述。其次,又探討了高校思想政治教育管理的含義。再次,對高校學(xué)生思想政治教育管理體系的涵義作了探討。第二部分：高校思想政治教育管理體系的問題分析：管理體制建設(shè)不夠完善、管理觀念落后、高校思想政治教育管理方式的缺陷、管理體系內(nèi)部缺少協(xié)調(diào)溝通、評估管理流于形式。第三部分：高校思想政治教育管理體系優(yōu)化的必要性和主要原則。第四部分：高校思想政治教育管理體系優(yōu)化的對策：優(yōu)化高校思想政治教育管理體制建設(shè)、樹立科學(xué)管理觀念、優(yōu)化管理方式、協(xié)調(diào)管理內(nèi)部體系、努力實現(xiàn)評估管理科學(xué)化。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the social transition period, the social stratum constitution and the benefit structure as well as the people thought morals has taken place the important transformation, under such situation, the university ideological and political education management also faces the challenge and the opportunity. The key factor affecting the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. A series of new situations and problems in the management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities affect the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, to optimize the management system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has become an important subject of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. On the basis of reference and absorption of traditional management thought and discipline theory, this paper analyzes and constructs the construction module of ideological and political education management system in colleges and universities from the operation node level. To realize the systematization optimization of the construction module, and then to explore the optimization research of the ideological and political education management system in colleges and universities, and to realize the innovation on this basis. Finally, it is the main task of this research subject to optimize a complete management system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Through research, on the one hand, it can contribute to the discipline and scientific development of ideological and political education management in colleges and universities, on the other hand, it can realize the systematization and stylization of ideological and political education management in colleges and universities. To improve the actual effect of the management system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to establish a long-term effective mechanism for the management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, it is helpful to help college students to construct and adapt to the development of the times. The ideological and moral consciousness that fits with the socialist core value system is of positive significance. In order to further optimize the management system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, it is necessary to make a thorough study on it so as to improve the effectiveness of the management system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part: an introduction to the management system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. First of all, the meaning of management is expounded. Secondly, it discusses the meaning of ideological and political education management in colleges and universities. Thirdly, the meaning of ideological and political education management system of college students is discussed. The second part: analysis of the problems in the management system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities: the construction of management system is not perfect, the concept of management is backward, the defects of the management mode of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the lack of coordination and communication within the management system, Evaluation management is a formality. The third part: the necessity and principle of optimizing the management system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The fourth part: the countermeasures to optimize the management system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities: to optimize the construction of the management system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, to establish scientific management concepts, to optimize the management methods, to coordinate the internal management system, and to strive to realize the scientific management of evaluation.
