【摘要】：高校是培養(yǎng)高層次人才的主陣地,思想政治教育責(zé)任的確立與落實(shí),關(guān)系到培養(yǎng)什么人,如何培養(yǎng)人的根本問題,關(guān)系到能否提高教育實(shí)效性。因此,如何明確高校內(nèi)部各部門的責(zé)任,加強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)是一個(gè)十分重要的課題。 提高高校思想政治教育的有效性,必須研究高校思想政治教育的規(guī)律,提高各部門的責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)意識(shí),形成有效的責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)機(jī)制,以合力共同完成培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義合格建設(shè)者和接班人的重任,更好的推進(jìn)思想政治工作,提高思想政治教育的實(shí)效性。 論文在借鑒并吸收現(xiàn)有的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法和理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法為基本手段,以增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育的實(shí)效性為著眼點(diǎn),以探尋高校思想政治教育責(zé)任的實(shí)現(xiàn)為立足點(diǎn),從責(zé)任的視角,根據(jù)黨、國家以及社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)的思想政治素質(zhì),遵循思想政治教育的客觀規(guī)律,以提高廣大學(xué)生的思想道德素質(zhì)和政治素質(zhì)為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn),對(duì)高校思想政治教育應(yīng)承擔(dān)的職責(zé)及落實(shí)情況進(jìn)行探討。闡釋了高校思想政治教育責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)膬?nèi)涵、意義,進(jìn)一步明確了加強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)研究重要意義。分析了高校思想政治教育責(zé)任確立的依據(jù)與結(jié)構(gòu),根據(jù)當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育職責(zé)落實(shí)的情況,提出了加強(qiáng)并改進(jìn)“三全機(jī)制”和“三個(gè)課堂”,創(chuàng)新責(zé)任機(jī)制,改進(jìn)教育方法。最后,提出了考核考評(píng)的機(jī)制與原則,使思想政治教育的責(zé)任落實(shí)到實(shí)處,適應(yīng)時(shí)代的新要求。
[Abstract]:College is the main position of cultivating high-level talents. The establishment and implementation of the responsibility of ideological and political education is related to who to train, how to train people, and whether to improve the effectiveness of education. Therefore, how to clarify the responsibility of each department in colleges and universities, and how to strengthen the responsibility of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a very important subject. To improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we must study the law of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, enhance the sense of responsibility of all departments, and form an effective responsibility bearing mechanism. In order to promote ideological and political work and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, we should work together to train qualified constructors and successors of socialism. On the basis of drawing lessons from and absorbing the existing research results, the paper uses the method of literature and the combination of theory and practice as the basic means to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In order to explore the realization of the responsibility of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, from the perspective of responsibility, according to the ideological and political quality of the Party, the country and the society, the objective law of ideological and political education should be followed. In order to improve the students' ideological and moral quality and political quality as the starting point and destination, this paper probes into the responsibility and implementation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper expounds the connotation and significance of the responsibility of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and further clarifies the significance of strengthening the research on the responsibility of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes on the basis and structure of establishing the responsibility of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, according to the current situation of carrying out the duty of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, puts forward strengthening and improving the "three complete mechanisms" and "three classes", and innovating the responsibility mechanism. Improving educational methods Finally, it puts forward the mechanism and principle of examination and evaluation, so that the responsibility of ideological and political education can be put into practice to meet the new requirements of the times.
