【摘要】：就業(yè)是民生之本。創(chuàng)業(yè)作為就業(yè)的新形式,有效緩解了我國的就業(yè)壓力,創(chuàng)業(yè)教育應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。創(chuàng)業(yè)教育不僅是創(chuàng)業(yè)技能教育,也是素質(zhì)教育、道德教育。激發(fā)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)意念,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力和創(chuàng)新意識,提高大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)心理素質(zhì),是實(shí)施創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的關(guān)鍵,也是思想政治教育發(fā)揮時代價值的體現(xiàn),所以必須將創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與思想政治教育相結(jié)合。本文在界定創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與思想政治教育三者內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,科學(xué)解析高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中思想政治教育的內(nèi)在、本質(zhì)、特點(diǎn)以及意義。對高校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,通過問卷總結(jié)了高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育及創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中思想政治教育的開展現(xiàn)狀,科學(xué)分析了高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中思想政治教育存在的問題和原因,針對存在的問題提出要調(diào)整思想政治教育目標(biāo)注重培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力、要加強(qiáng)思想政治教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、要營造創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新的校園文化氛圍、要依靠社會力量積極開展社會實(shí)踐活動、要大力開展思想政治教育課外輔導(dǎo)工作,旨在保證思想政治教育能在創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中長期有效的開展,推進(jìn)我國創(chuàng)業(yè)和就業(yè)工作的順利開展。為今后高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展提供參考性依據(jù)。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于從創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和高校思想政治教育兩者之間的聯(lián)系考慮,分析了創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與思想政治教育的相關(guān)性和內(nèi)在關(guān)系,突出強(qiáng)調(diào)思想政治教育的必要性和重要性。并且通過分析創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展需求,剖析創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與思想政治教育相融合所形成的現(xiàn)狀及問題,從高校思想政治教育的本身來開展創(chuàng)新型的探究,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)踐,具體問題具體分析,探索適合創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與思想政治教育融合開展的新途徑,開辟出思想政治教育的新領(lǐng)地,不僅更好地培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)業(yè)人才,刺激就業(yè),而且能有力推動了思想政治教育學(xué)科的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. As a new form of employment, entrepreneurship education arises at the historic moment. Entrepreneurship education is not only entrepreneurship education, but also quality education and moral education. It is the key to carry out entrepreneurship education, and also the embodiment of ideological and political education to give play to the value of the times, to stimulate college students' entrepreneurial ideas, to cultivate their entrepreneurial ability and innovative consciousness, and to improve their entrepreneurial psychological quality. Therefore, we must combine entrepreneurship education with ideological and political education. On the basis of defining the connotation of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education, this paper scientifically analyzes the inner, nature, characteristics and significance of ideological and political education in entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. The present situation of ideological and political education in entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship education is summarized, and the problems and causes of ideological and political education in entrepreneurship education are analyzed scientifically. In view of the existing problems, we should adjust the goal of ideological and political education, pay attention to cultivating college students' entrepreneurial ability, strengthen the construction of teachers of ideological and political education, and create a campus culture atmosphere of pioneering innovation. We must rely on social forces to actively carry out social practice activities and vigorously carry out extracurricular guidance work in ideological and political education, in order to ensure that ideological and political education can be effectively carried out in entrepreneurship education for a long time. We will promote the smooth development of our country's work on entrepreneurship and employment. It provides reference basis for the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in the future. The innovation of this paper lies in considering the relationship between entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, analyzes the correlation and internal relationship between entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education, and stresses the necessity and importance of ideological and political education. And through analyzing the development demand of entrepreneurship education and analyzing the present situation and problems formed by the combination of entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education, the author tries to carry out innovative exploration from the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, connecting theory with practice. Through the concrete analysis of the specific problems, we should explore a new approach suitable for the integration of entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education, and open up a new territory for ideological and political education, not only to better train entrepreneurial talents, but also to stimulate employment. Moreover, it can promote the development of the subject of ideological and political education.
