【摘要】：在高校教學(xué)管理過(guò)程中,教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理是對(duì)教學(xué)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行宏觀調(diào)整、促進(jìn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量提高、培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)人才的重要措施。文章在分析我國(guó)高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,本著科學(xué)、全面、可操作的原則構(gòu)建高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系,進(jìn)而通過(guò)實(shí)證的方法進(jìn)行調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)分析,得出了影響高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量的五個(gè)因子。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)分析所得出的因子,有針對(duì)性地提出了高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理評(píng)價(jià)體系的優(yōu)化策略,為高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)估工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:In the process of teaching management in colleges and universities, the management of teaching quality is an important measure to adjust teaching activities macroscopically, to promote the improvement of teaching quality and to train high quality talents. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of teaching quality management in colleges and universities in our country, this paper constructs the evaluation system of teaching quality in colleges and universities on the basis of scientific, comprehensive and operable principles, and then carries out investigation and data analysis through empirical methods. Five factors affecting the teaching quality of colleges and universities are obtained. According to the factors obtained from the data analysis, this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of the evaluation system of teaching quality management in colleges and universities, which provides a reference for the evaluation of teaching quality in colleges and universities.
