【摘要】：近年來,隨著中國國際影響力及文化軟實力的不斷提升,外國留學(xué)生來華學(xué)習(xí)深造人數(shù)呈現(xiàn)逐年增長趨勢。這些留學(xué)生有著不同的宗教信仰、文化背景與生活習(xí)俗,因跨文化因素產(chǎn)生的問題日漸凸顯。能否正確處理這些問題,并幫助來華留學(xué)生克服文化休克等跨文化不適現(xiàn)象,教育引導(dǎo)其健康成長成才,快樂充實度過其留學(xué)生涯,是對中國高校留學(xué)生教育提出的嚴峻考驗,也是衡量中國高等教育國際化水平的重要標準。因此,在我國留學(xué)生教育事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展的跨文化背景下,探討與研究來華留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)問題十分重要。本文主要分為五大部分。第一部分是緒論,主要闡述了選題的目的和意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,以及研究方法和創(chuàng)新點;第二部分為跨文化及跨文化適應(yīng)概述;第三部分是對來華留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)現(xiàn)狀開展問卷調(diào)查,統(tǒng)計調(diào)查相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù);第四部分為來華留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)現(xiàn)狀分析,是本文的研究的主體部分,該部分將結(jié)合調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計結(jié)果及訪談內(nèi)容,細致分析來華留學(xué)生生活環(huán)境適應(yīng)、心理適應(yīng)、學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)、文化適應(yīng)及社會支持情況現(xiàn)狀,梳理總結(jié)存在主要問題;第五部分為來華留學(xué)生在跨文化適應(yīng)疏導(dǎo)對策,該部分主要從社會、高校及留學(xué)生個人三方面進行闡述,最終得出本文研究結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of China's international influence and cultural soft power, the number of foreign students studying in China is increasing year by year. These students have different religious beliefs, cultural backgrounds and customs. Whether we can correctly deal with these problems and help foreign students come to China to overcome cross-cultural discomfort, such as cultural shock, and education to guide them to grow up healthily, and to happily enrich their careers in studying abroad, is a severe test for the education of overseas students in Chinese colleges and universities. It is also an important standard to measure the internationalization level of higher education in China. Therefore, it is very important to explore and study the cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in China under the background of the vigorous development of education for foreign students in China. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the purpose and significance of the topic, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research methods and innovations, the second part is an overview of cross-cultural and cross-cultural adaptation; The third part is to carry out a questionnaire survey on the status quo of cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in China, and the fourth part is the analysis of cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in China, which is the main part of this paper. This part will combine the questionnaire data statistics result and the interview content, carefully analyzes the living environment adaptation, the psychological adaptation, the study adaptation, the cultural adaptation and the social support situation present situation of the foreign student in China, combs the existence main question; The fifth part is the countermeasures of cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students in China, which is mainly from three aspects of society, universities and international students, and finally comes to the conclusion of this paper.
