我國(guó)高校留學(xué)生的思想教育工作淺析

【摘要】:隨著改革開(kāi)放的深化發(fā)展,我國(guó)與世界各國(guó)的交往也日益密切和深化,綜合國(guó)力得到了極大的提升,我國(guó)在國(guó)際上的影響力也越來(lái)越大,導(dǎo)致近些年來(lái)我國(guó)留學(xué)的學(xué)生人數(shù)呈現(xiàn)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的良好趨勢(shì),留學(xué)生群體的擴(kuò)張也為我國(guó)高校的留學(xué)生工作提出了難題。為了確保留學(xué)生在我國(guó)的學(xué)習(xí)和生活健康有序,提高我國(guó)留學(xué)生教育的層次和質(zhì)量,高校必須開(kāi)展系統(tǒng)化的留學(xué)生思想教育工作。另一方面,我國(guó)高校留學(xué)生思想教育起步較晚,體系還不健全。因此,要對(duì)留學(xué)生進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化的思想教育,必須在總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的思想教育工作。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)高校留學(xué)生思想教育現(xiàn)狀的考察,總結(jié)我國(guó)高校留學(xué)生思想教育存在的問(wèn)題,并以此為基礎(chǔ)有針對(duì)性的提出加強(qiáng)我國(guó)高校留學(xué)生的思想教育工作的措施。文章的緒論對(duì)選題的緣由、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及選題的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了論述,并對(duì)選題涉及的相關(guān)的概念進(jìn)行了界定。文章的第一章介紹了我國(guó)高校留學(xué)生思想教育有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)建立留學(xué)生強(qiáng)國(guó)的目標(biāo)、有助于營(yíng)造和諧美好的社會(huì)環(huán)境和校園環(huán)境、有助于完善留學(xué)生教育和管理、有助于提升留學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)等意義,及應(yīng)對(duì)留學(xué)生開(kāi)展心理適應(yīng)上的輔導(dǎo)、法制教育、文化素質(zhì)教育、團(tuán)結(jié)友好教育和中國(guó)國(guó)情教育的主要內(nèi)容,為全文提供基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的鋪墊。文章的第二章集中分析了高校留學(xué)生的基本情況以及留學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)、生活、思想方面的現(xiàn)狀及輔導(dǎo)員對(duì)留學(xué)生思想教育的作用。文章的第三章則是在第二章的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出了高校留學(xué)生思想教育中存在的認(rèn)識(shí)高度不夠、教育體制不夠健全、教學(xué)方法不夠科學(xué)、教育管理不夠規(guī)范以及跨文化教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足等問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題從留學(xué)生自身、輔導(dǎo)員及教師方面和學(xué)校、社會(huì)、政策方面進(jìn)行了原因分析。文章的第四章結(jié)合實(shí)踐,提出了加強(qiáng)我國(guó)高校留學(xué)生的思想教育工作的措施,即將高校留學(xué)生的思想教育滲透到留學(xué)生教學(xué)和管理的各個(gè)方面,并利用現(xiàn)代化渠道、充分發(fā)揮校園多元文化對(duì)留學(xué)生思想教育的潛在作用。文章的第五章則著重強(qiáng)調(diào)了高校留學(xué)生思想教育工作中應(yīng)該注意的問(wèn)題,以期能夠順利的開(kāi)展留學(xué)生思想教育工作。通過(guò)本文的研究,希望能夠?qū)訌?qiáng)我國(guó)高校留學(xué)生思想教育工作有所幫助。
[Abstract]:With the deepening development of reform and opening up, China's contacts with other countries in the world have become closer and deeper, the overall national strength has been greatly improved, and our country's influence in the international arena has also been growing. In recent years, the number of students studying abroad in our country has shown a good trend of continuous growth, and the expansion of the group of international students has also posed a difficult problem for the work of foreign students in Chinese universities. In order to ensure the healthy and orderly study and life of foreign students in our country and improve the level and quality of foreign students' education in our country, colleges and universities must carry out systematic ideological education for foreign students. On the other hand, the ideological education of foreign students starts late and the system is not perfect. Therefore, in order to carry on the systematic ideological education to the foreign students, we must carry on the targeted ideological education work on the basis of summing up the experience. Based on the investigation of the present situation of the ideological education of foreign students in colleges and universities in China, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the ideological education of foreign students in colleges and universities in China, and puts forward some measures to strengthen the ideological education of foreign students in colleges and universities of our country. The introduction of the article discusses the reason of the topic, the current situation of domestic and foreign research and the innovation of the topic, and defines the related concepts involved in the topic. The first chapter introduces that the ideological education of foreign students in colleges and universities in China is helpful to realize the goal of establishing a powerful country for foreign students, to create a harmonious and beautiful social environment and campus environment, and to perfect the education and management of foreign students. It will help to enhance the comprehensive quality of international students and the main contents of psychological adaptation guidance, legal education, cultural quality education, solidarity and friendship education and China's national conditions education for foreign students. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the basic situation of foreign students in colleges and universities, the current situation of their study, life and ideology, and the role of counselors in the ideological education of foreign students. The third chapter of the article is based on the second chapter, summed up that the ideological education of foreign students in colleges and universities is not high enough, the education system is not perfect, the teaching methods are not scientific enough. The problems such as inadequate educational management and lack of cross-cultural education experience are analyzed from the aspects of foreign students themselves, counselors and teachers, schools, society and policies. In the fourth chapter, combining with practice, the author puts forward some measures to strengthen the ideological education of foreign students in colleges and universities in our country, that is, the ideological education of foreign students in colleges and universities permeates all aspects of the teaching and management of foreign students, and makes use of the modernized channels. Give full play to the potential role of campus multiculturalism in the ideological education of foreign students. The fifth chapter emphasizes the problems that should be paid attention to in the ideological education of foreign students in colleges and universities in order to carry out the ideological education of foreign students smoothly. Through the research of this paper, I hope it can help to strengthen the ideological education of foreign students in colleges and universities of our country.
