【摘要】：現(xiàn)如今,科研不端行為在博士研究生群體中呈蔓延趨勢(shì).本研究通過(guò)494份博士研究生樣本探討了科研不端行為的影響因素.研究結(jié)果顯示,科研壓力對(duì)科研不端行為的科學(xué)導(dǎo)向和關(guān)系導(dǎo)向均有顯著正向影響;科研資源供給對(duì)科研不端行為的關(guān)系導(dǎo)向具有顯著負(fù)向影響,但是對(duì)科學(xué)導(dǎo)向沒(méi)有顯著影響;教育懲罰政策對(duì)科研不端行為的科學(xué)導(dǎo)向具有顯著負(fù)向影響,但是對(duì)關(guān)系導(dǎo)向沒(méi)有顯著影響.研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),科研不端行為的科學(xué)導(dǎo)向和關(guān)系導(dǎo)向在性別、學(xué)科類別、博士類型等人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)變量上具有顯著差異性.
[Abstract]:Nowadays, scientific research misconduct is spreading among doctoral graduate students. In this study, 494 doctoral graduate students were selected to investigate the influencing factors of scientific misconduct. The results show that the stress of scientific research has a significant positive effect on the scientific orientation and relationship orientation of scientific research misconduct, and the supply of scientific research resources has a significant negative impact on the relationship orientation of scientific research misconduct behavior. However, it has no significant influence on the scientific orientation, and the educational punishment policy has a significant negative effect on the scientific orientation of scientific research misconduct, but has no significant effect on the relationship orientation. It was also found that there were significant differences in demographic variables such as sex, subject category and doctorate type in scientific orientation and relationship orientation of scientific misconduct.
