湘南學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員隊伍管理模式研究

【摘要】:高校輔導(dǎo)員制度作為高等教育制度重要的組成部分,已經(jīng)有幾十年的發(fā)展歷程,在大學(xué)生成才成長方面發(fā)揮了不可替代的作用。隨著高校教育的快速發(fā)展,高校學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員的工作職能和角色定位都發(fā)生了深刻的變化,輔導(dǎo)員既是高校學(xué)生教育管理隊伍和高校教師隊伍的重要組成部分,,又是當(dāng)今大學(xué)生成長成才的引導(dǎo)者、培育者和服務(wù)者。湘南學(xué)院作為地方性本科院校,已有著十年建校、百年辦學(xué)的光榮歷史,輔導(dǎo)員在學(xué)校的建設(shè)和發(fā)展過程中有著重要的不可低估的作用,其輔導(dǎo)員隊伍經(jīng)過十余年的發(fā)展與壯大,從機(jī)制體制來說也具備了比較完整和成熟的系統(tǒng),但是隨著學(xué)校辦學(xué)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大以及當(dāng)今教育改革發(fā)展的主客觀條件和形勢的影響和和制約,湘南學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員管理模式已經(jīng)凸顯諸多問題與不適,輔導(dǎo)員的角色定位不清、工作內(nèi)容寬泛;輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化程度不高;輔導(dǎo)員歸屬感、成就感不強(qiáng),有明顯的職業(yè)倦怠傾向;學(xué)校對輔導(dǎo)員隊伍管理力度不夠等等。面對這些問題,學(xué)校必須積極尋求改革之道,從工作思想、管理原理、管理目標(biāo)、措施和方法上樹立與時俱進(jìn)的意識并著手實施,尤顯得重要和迫切。完善輔導(dǎo)員隊伍管理模式對加強(qiáng)輔導(dǎo)員工作的時效性、針對性,提高輔導(dǎo)員管理效率與質(zhì)量以及高校的育人工作具有重要的理論價值和實踐意義。 本文主要從以下四方面展開了論述和分析:第一部分指出高校輔導(dǎo)員管理模式的研究背景、研究意義和研究方法,第二部分全面介紹了我國目前輔導(dǎo)員管理模式的相關(guān)概念,比較分析我國輔導(dǎo)員管理模式的幾種類型,第三部分結(jié)合湘南學(xué)院實際情況,闡述湘南學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員現(xiàn)有管理模式概況,指出其現(xiàn)有管理模式存在的各種弊端,第四部分就完善湘南學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員管理模式,給出了具體的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the higher education system, the college counselor system has been developing for several decades and has played an irreplaceable role in the growth of college students. With the rapid development of college education, the work function and role orientation of college student counselors have undergone profound changes, and the counselors are both colleges and Universities. The student education management team and the important component of the college teacher team are the guide, the cultivator and the service provider of the college students' growth and development. As a local undergraduate college, XiangNan University has been building school for ten years, the glorious history of one hundred years, and the instructor in the construction and development of the school. After more than ten years of development and expansion, the counselor team has a relatively complete and mature system from the mechanism system. However, with the expansion of the school running scale and the influence and restriction of the subjective and objective conditions and the situation of the current educational reform and development, the mode of the management of the counselor of XiangNan University has highlighted a number of problems. The role of the counselor is not clear, the role of the counselor is not clear, the work content is wide; the counselor professionalization, the degree of specialization is not high; the Counselor's sense of belonging, the sense of achievement is not strong, there is a clear tendency of job burnout; the school is not enough to manage the counselor team, and so on. Facing these problems, the school must actively seek the way of reform, from work thought, and management It is very important and urgent to set up the consciousness of keeping pace with the times in the principles of management, management objectives, measures and methods. It is of great importance and urgency to improve the management mode of the counsellor team. It has important theoretical and practical significance for strengthening the timeliness, pertinence, improving the efficiency and quality of the management of the counselors, and the work of educating people in Colleges and universities.
This article is mainly discussed and analyzed from the following four aspects: the first part points out the research background, research significance and research methods of the management mode of college counselors. The second part introduces the relevant concepts of the current counselor management model in our country, compares and analyzes several types of the mode of the management of the counselors in China, and the third part combines with southern Hunan. The actual situation of the college, elaborated the current management mode of the XiangNan University counselor, pointed out the existing disadvantages of the existing management mode, and the fourth part improved the mode of XiangNan University counselor management, and gave specific countermeasures and suggestions.
