【摘要】：思想政治教育是以人為中心開展的,是在建構(gòu)人的基礎(chǔ)上,以促進(jìn)人性完善和人的價值提升為目的的一項(xiàng)社會實(shí)踐活動。人性是人的思想和行為形成、發(fā)展、變化的最根本的制約性因素。因此,以促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展為根本目的的思想政治教育也必然受到人性規(guī)定和制約。大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化是在馬克思主義人性理論的指導(dǎo)下,以大學(xué)生為對象,以促進(jìn)大學(xué)生人性的全面提升和大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展為中心和目的的一項(xiàng)社會實(shí)踐活動。大學(xué)生思想和行為的形成和發(fā)展必然受到其特有的人性的規(guī)定和制約,因此,對人性的認(rèn)識是開展大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化的前提和基礎(chǔ)。大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化在本質(zhì)上就是要從大學(xué)生的物質(zhì)性需要、社會性需要、精神性需要出發(fā),尊重和關(guān)愛學(xué)生,從而促進(jìn)他們的人性的提升和自身的全面發(fā)展。 本文主要圍繞大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化的問題及對策建設(shè)來展開研究,從具體的人出發(fā),從人性化的視角來研究當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育所存在的問題,并在分析其原因的基礎(chǔ)上,探索了加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化的具體方案。文章主要分為三部分： 第一部分：大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化的內(nèi)涵、理論基礎(chǔ)和主要內(nèi)容。本部分首先對人性進(jìn)行了深入的分析,揭示出人性與大學(xué)生思想政治教育的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián),進(jìn)而對大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化的內(nèi)涵做出了界定,并明確了大學(xué)生思想政治教育的內(nèi)容和理論基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分：大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化所存在的問題及原因分析。這一部分主要從大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化的內(nèi)涵、內(nèi)容及要求的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)概括出了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化所存在的問題,并指出導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化實(shí)施不足的具體原因。 第三部分：大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化對策建設(shè)。這一部分是在以上所有分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化理論的研究成果,為進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育人性化提出了具體對策。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is carried out with the center of human being and is a social practical activity aimed at promoting the perfection of human nature and the promotion of human value on the basis of constructing human beings. Human nature is the most fundamental restrictive factor in the formation, development and change of human thought and behavior. Therefore, the ideological and political education, which aims to promote the all-round development of human beings, is bound to be regulated and restricted by human nature. Under the guidance of Marxist theory of human nature, the humanization of ideological and political education of college students is a social practical activity with the aim of promoting the all-round promotion of human nature of college students and the all-round development of college students under the guidance of Marxist theory of human nature. The formation and development of college students' thought and behavior are bound to be restricted by their special human nature. Therefore, the understanding of human nature is the premise and foundation of carrying out ideological and political education of college students. In essence, the humanization of ideological and political education of college students should be based on the material, social and spiritual needs of college students, respect and care for students, and thus promote their human nature and their all-round development. This paper mainly focuses on the problems and countermeasures of ideological and political education of college students, and studies the problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students from the point of view of human beings and humanization. On the basis of analyzing the reasons, the paper explores the concrete plan of strengthening the humanization of ideological and political education of college students. The article is divided into three parts: The first part: the connotation, theoretical basis and main content of ideological and political education of college students. This part firstly analyzes the human nature, reveals the inherent relation between human nature and college students' ideological and political education, and then defines the connotation of humanization of college students' ideological and political education. The content and theoretical basis of ideological and political education for college students are clarified. The second part: the problems and reasons of humanization of ideological and political education of college students. Based on the connotation, content and requirement of humanization of college students' ideological and political education, this part systematically summarizes the problems existing in the humanization of college students' ideological and political education. It also points out the concrete reasons for the deficiency of humanization in ideological and political education of college students. The third part: ideological and political education of college students humanized countermeasures. This part is based on all the above analysis, combined with the current research results of ideological and political education humanization theory of college students, in order to further enhance the ideological and political education of college students humanization put forward specific countermeasures.
