【摘要】:加強(qiáng)高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合基地建設(shè),對(duì)于高等農(nóng)業(yè)院�?萍紕�(chuàng)新、技術(shù)擴(kuò)散是十分重要的途徑。本文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合基地的類型、功能、運(yùn)行模式進(jìn)行了研究。并以吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)為例,研究高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合基地建設(shè)中存在問題。從資金限制等五個(gè)方面分析了產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合基地建設(shè)的制約因素。通過分析研究,得出高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合基地建設(shè)的研究結(jié)論,提出了產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合基地建設(shè)的對(duì)策建議。本文以高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合基地建設(shè)為研究對(duì)象,分五章進(jìn)行討論:第一章為前言,其內(nèi)容包括其內(nèi)容包括研究目的與意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究綜述,相關(guān)概念的界定,研究目標(biāo)與研究?jī)?nèi)容,研究方法與技術(shù)路線。第二章是對(duì)我國(guó)高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合基地的功能及類型進(jìn)行闡述,介紹了教學(xué)、科研、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)、示范推廣及成果轉(zhuǎn)化四個(gè)功能。以及校內(nèi)專用型、校外簽約型、科技示范園區(qū)型、科研推廣應(yīng)用型、教學(xué)、科研、生產(chǎn)三結(jié)合型五種類型的基地。第二章還介紹了產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合基地的運(yùn)行模式,其基礎(chǔ)模式現(xiàn)已呈現(xiàn)多功能、多元化、綜合化趨勢(shì)。主要包括教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)實(shí)訓(xùn)型模式、科教型產(chǎn)學(xué)研模式、現(xiàn)代園區(qū)示范型產(chǎn)學(xué)研模式、學(xué)院董事會(huì)模式、教學(xué)、科研、生產(chǎn)三結(jié)合(實(shí)驗(yàn)農(nóng)場(chǎng))型模式。第三章以吉林農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)為例,分析高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合基地建設(shè)的發(fā)展歷程、運(yùn)行模式、現(xiàn)狀分析、存在問題。第四章是分析討論影響高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合基地建設(shè)的制約因素,包括資金、場(chǎng)地、人員、利益、管理體制、政策法規(guī)約束等。第五章是在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,得出我國(guó)高等農(nóng)業(yè)院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研結(jié)合的研究結(jié)論,并提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:It is very important to strengthen the construction of the combination base of production, learning and research in agricultural colleges and universities for the innovation of science and technology in agricultural colleges and universities, and the diffusion of technology is a very important way. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the combination of production, education and research in agricultural colleges and universities at home and abroad, this paper studies the types, functions and operation modes of the combination bases of production, learning and research in agricultural colleges and universities. Taking Jilin Agricultural University as an example, this paper studies the problems existing in the construction of the combination base of production, learning and research in agricultural colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the restrictive factors of the combination of industry, education and research base construction from five aspects, such as fund restriction. Through the analysis and research, the paper draws the conclusion of the construction of the combination base of production, education and research in agricultural colleges and universities, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the combination base of production, learning and research. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the preface, including the purpose and significance of the research, the summary of relevant research at home and abroad, and the definition of related concepts. Research objectives and contents, research methods and technical routes. The second chapter expounds the functions and types of the combination base of production, education and research in agricultural colleges and universities in our country, and introduces four functions: teaching, scientific research, production and management, demonstration and popularization, and the transformation of achievements. There are five kinds of bases, which are special type, contract type, demonstration park type, application type, teaching type, scientific research type and production type. The second chapter also introduces the operation mode of the combination of industry, university and research, which has the trend of multifunction, diversification and integration. It mainly includes the model of teaching experiment and practice, the model of science and education, the model of modern park, the model of college board, the mode of teaching, scientific research, and the model of three kinds of production (experimental farm). The third chapter takes Jilin Agricultural University as an example to analyze the development course, operation mode, current situation and existing problems of the construction of the combination of production, education and research base in agricultural colleges and universities. The fourth chapter is to analyze and discuss the restrictive factors which affect the construction of the combination of production, education and research in agricultural colleges and universities, including funds, venues, personnel, interests, management system, policies and regulations, and so on. On the basis of the above research, the fifth chapter draws the conclusion of the research on the combination of production, education and research in agricultural colleges and universities in China, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
