【摘要】：網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)作為一項(xiàng)高雅,時(shí)尚的運(yùn)動(dòng)走進(jìn)中國(guó),網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)越來(lái)越被大眾所熟悉。大學(xué)生作為社會(huì)的一個(gè)重要群體,是否參加網(wǎng)球體育鍛煉,對(duì)中國(guó)網(wǎng)球的普及起到一定的作用�？v觀全國(guó)網(wǎng)球普及水平和網(wǎng)球技術(shù)水平,山東省的各方面還處于比較薄弱的環(huán)節(jié),尤其對(duì)高校而言,網(wǎng)球并沒(méi)有完全融入到學(xué)生的生活,從某種程度上來(lái)講,網(wǎng)球教師在當(dāng)前形勢(shì)下起到重大的作用。通過(guò)對(duì)山東省高校網(wǎng)球教師的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,可以找到山東省網(wǎng)球教師現(xiàn)狀存在的不足,從而提出可行性的意見(jiàn)和建議,為山東省網(wǎng)球教師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)。 研究結(jié)果：山東省高校網(wǎng)球教師隊(duì)伍年輕化,較佳年齡階段占得比重小,性別差異較大,男性占多；職稱結(jié)構(gòu)主要以助教和講師為主,高級(jí)職稱教練員較少；學(xué)歷以本、�？茷橹�,高學(xué)歷比例較��；運(yùn)動(dòng)經(jīng)歷多元化,網(wǎng)球?qū)I(yè)比例較��；無(wú)技術(shù)等級(jí)教練見(jiàn)多,高技術(shù)等級(jí)短缺；執(zhí)教年限較短,缺乏執(zhí)教經(jīng)驗(yàn)。.山東省高校網(wǎng)球教師對(duì)專業(yè)學(xué)科的需求大；對(duì)專業(yè)基本理論知識(shí)掌握程度高,對(duì)實(shí)踐學(xué)科的掌握程度低,外圍知識(shí)的儲(chǔ)備量太少,尤其是外語(yǔ)和計(jì)算機(jī)知識(shí)匱乏。山東省高校網(wǎng)球教師有較強(qiáng)的訓(xùn)練能力和管理能力,但在科研和創(chuàng)新上,能力比較薄弱。山東省高校網(wǎng)球教師大部分能夠做訓(xùn)練計(jì)劃；教師在訓(xùn)練課中以專項(xiàng)技術(shù)和心理訓(xùn)練為主要內(nèi)容,絕大多數(shù)教師采用教學(xué)比賽的訓(xùn)練方法進(jìn)行教學(xué),但是每天訓(xùn)練時(shí)間較短,每周訓(xùn)練次數(shù)較少。山東省高校網(wǎng)球教師對(duì)繼續(xù)教育有很高的認(rèn)識(shí)程度,再繼續(xù)教育內(nèi)容上更多需求對(duì)訓(xùn)練方法的學(xué)習(xí),但是培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)宣傳不到位,經(jīng)費(fèi)較高導(dǎo)致一大部分網(wǎng)球教師不能參加繼續(xù)教育的學(xué)習(xí)。
[Abstract]:Tennis as an elegant, fashionable sport into China, tennis is more and more familiar with the public. As an important social group, college students play a certain role in the popularization of tennis in China. Looking at the national tennis popularization level and tennis technology level, Shandong Province's various aspects are still in the relatively weak link, especially to the university, the tennis has not completely integrated into the student's life, to some extent, Tennis teachers play an important role in the current situation. Through the investigation and research on the present situation of tennis teachers in colleges and universities in Shandong Province, we can find out the shortcomings of the present situation of tennis teachers in Shandong Province, and put forward some feasible suggestions and suggestions, which can provide theoretical basis for the construction of tennis teachers in Shandong Province. The results show that the tennis teachers in Shandong Province are younger, have a small proportion in the better age stage, have greater gender differences, and account for more men; the professional title structure is mainly composed of assistants and lecturers, with fewer coaches with senior titles; College mainly, the proportion of high education is small; sports experience diversity, tennis professional proportion is small; no technical grade coaches see more, high-tech grade shortage; short teaching years, lack of teaching experience. Tennis teachers in colleges and universities in Shandong Province have a great demand for professional subjects, a high degree of mastery of basic theoretical knowledge of major, a low degree of mastery of practical subjects, and too little reserves of peripheral knowledge, especially foreign language and computer knowledge. Tennis teachers in Shandong Province have strong training ability and management ability, but the ability of scientific research and innovation is relatively weak. Most tennis teachers in colleges and universities in Shandong province can make training plan, teachers take special technique and psychological training as the main content in the training class, most teachers use the training method of teaching competition, but the training time is short every day. Less training per week. Tennis teachers in colleges and universities in Shandong Province have a high level of understanding of continuing education, and more needs for learning training methods on the content of continuing education, but the propaganda of training institutions is not in place. A large proportion of tennis teachers are unable to take part in continuing education because of the high cost.
