【摘要】：高等教育的改革一直是各國教育發(fā)展的重點。博洛尼亞進(jìn)程是近年來歐洲范圍內(nèi)程度最深、范圍最廣的一次改革。成員國通過實施一系列的行動目標(biāo),并不斷加強(qiáng)高等教育領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的合作,以期最終建立歐洲高等教育區(qū)。芬蘭高等教育歷史并不長,但發(fā)展迅速。作為博洛尼亞進(jìn)程的首批簽署國,隨著進(jìn)程的不斷發(fā)展,高等教育更是發(fā)生了很大的變化。 本文主體分為四個部分：第一部分介紹了芬蘭高等教育的概況以及博洛尼亞進(jìn)程這一改革背景；第二部分詳細(xì)論述了加入進(jìn)程后,芬蘭在學(xué)位結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)分體系、質(zhì)量保障、人員流動、終身學(xué)習(xí)五個方面的改革；第三部分通過引入赫爾辛基大學(xué)和塞納多科技術(shù)學(xué)院,力圖從微觀角度認(rèn)識芬蘭的高等教育改革；第四部分是對改革的評價和思考,評價立足于改革帶來的變化和面臨的挑戰(zhàn),思考立足于改革對我國高等教育的啟示,包括學(xué)歷和學(xué)分互認(rèn)、提高高校學(xué)生的就業(yè)力和競爭力、健全質(zhì)量保障體系、建立地區(qū)高等教育聯(lián)盟四個方面。 通過改革,芬蘭高等教育變得更開放、更具競爭力。本文研究內(nèi)容在少量中文資料的基礎(chǔ)上,廣泛查閱芬蘭高等教育改革的英文文獻(xiàn)資料,運用文獻(xiàn)分析法、比較分析法、案例分析法,試圖對芬蘭高等教育的改革做出全面的介紹,以期能對我國高等教育的發(fā)展有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:The reform of higher education has been the focus of all countries ' educational development .

The main part of this paper is divided into four parts : the first part introduces the general situation of the higher education in Finland and the background of the reform process in the process of Bola .
The second part discusses the reform of Finland in five aspects : degree structure , credit system , quality guarantee , personnel flow and lifelong learning after joining the process .
The third part seeks to recognize Finland ' s higher education reform from a microscopic perspective by introducing the University of Helsinki and the Academy of Technology at Senna University ;
The fourth part is to evaluate and reflect on the reform , to evaluate the changes and challenges brought by the reform , and to reflect on the enlightenment of the reform on the higher education in our country , including the mutual recognition of academic education and credit , improve the employment force and competitiveness of the college students , improve the quality guarantee system and establish the four aspects of regional higher education alliance .

Through the reform , the higher education in Finland has become more open and more competitive . Based on a small amount of Chinese information , this paper makes a comprehensive introduction to the reform of the higher education in Finland by means of literature analysis , comparative analysis and case analysis , with a view to making reference to the development of higher education in Finland .
