大學生自我管理能力現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:21世紀是一個經(jīng)濟、科技迅速發(fā)展的時代,人才競爭日趨激烈,對于這個時代的大學生來說,要在社會上立足,除了需要掌握不斷更新的專業(yè)知識技能之外,還要學會自我管理以及掌握自我管理的技能。大學生作為國家的棟梁,培養(yǎng)較強的自我管理能力對自身和社會的發(fā)展都具有重要的意義。因此,我們有必要對大學生自我管理能力進行全面系統(tǒng)的研究。本研究主要針對大學生自我管理能力的現(xiàn)狀展開調(diào)查,在現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)大學生在自我管理能力上存在的主要問題并針對這些問題分析它們存在的原因,并為這些問題提出相應(yīng)的建議。 本文是按照現(xiàn)狀分析——問題及原因分析——建議的思路進行梳理。首先,以東北師范大學的本科生為研究對象,通過自編的問卷進行調(diào)查研究,并在問卷調(diào)查之后進行訪談以便對結(jié)果進行輔助和補充。本文從大學生的自我認知、自我規(guī)劃(目標管理和時間管理)、自我調(diào)控(情緒調(diào)控和行為調(diào)控)、自我評價四個維度對當代大學生的自我管理能力的現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查和分析。通過對問卷調(diào)查所得數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,比較不同背景變量在自我管理能力上是否存在顯著差異,找出大學生在自我管理能力上存在的主要問題,并針對存在的主要問題,從學校、家庭等方面對存在的問題進行了原因分析。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)大學生在自我管理能力上主要存在以下問題:大學生自我管理能力不足;大學生認知能力欠缺;大學生的自我約束力缺乏;大學生的學習生活目標不確定;大學生自我評價內(nèi)容片面,方式較為單一。 本研究是在世界全球化的知識經(jīng)濟時代、提高大學生綜合素質(zhì)的大背景下對大學生自我管理能力進行的一點探索性研究,希望通過本研究的調(diào)查,能夠使人們更加了解當代大學生自我管理能力的現(xiàn)實狀況,能夠喚起大學生、高校、家庭等對大學生自我管理能力培養(yǎng)的關(guān)心和重視,為當代大學生的自我管理能力的培養(yǎng)與提高,起到一定的促進作用。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is an era of rapid economic and technological development, and the competition for talents is becoming increasingly fierce. For college students in this era, in order to gain a foothold in society, they need to master the constantly updated professional knowledge and skills. Also learn self-management and master self-management skills. As the pillars of the country, it is of great significance for college students to cultivate their own self-management ability and social development. Therefore, it is necessary for us to conduct a comprehensive and systematic study on college students' self-management ability. This research mainly aims at the present situation of college students' self-management ability, and on the basis of the current investigation, finds out the main problems existing in the self-management ability of college students and analyzes the reasons for these problems. And put forward the corresponding suggestions for these problems. This article is according to the present situation analysis-the question and the reason analysis-the suggestion train of thought carries on the comb. First of all, the undergraduate students of Northeast normal University as the research object, through a self-designed questionnaire, and after the questionnaire interview in order to assist and supplement the results. This paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of college students' self-management ability from four aspects: self-cognition, self-planning (goal management and time management), self-regulation (emotional regulation and behavioral regulation) and self-evaluation. Through the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire, this paper compares whether there are significant differences in the self-management ability of different background variables, finds out the main problems in the self-management ability of college students, and aims at the main problems in the school. Family and other aspects of the existing problems are analyzed. This study finds that the following problems exist in the self-management ability of college students: insufficient self-management ability; lack of cognitive ability; lack of self-binding force; uncertainty of their learning and life goals; The content of self-evaluation of college students is one-sided and the way is relatively single. This research is an exploratory study of college students' self-management ability under the background of improving college students' comprehensive quality in the era of global knowledge economy. It can make people know more about the current situation of college students' self-management ability, and arouse the concern and attention of college students, colleges and families to the cultivation of college students' self-management ability. For the cultivation and improvement of contemporary college students' self-management ability, play a certain role in promoting.
