護(hù)理本科生職業(yè)認(rèn)同與職業(yè)決策自我效能的關(guān)系

【摘要】:背景職業(yè)認(rèn)同作為現(xiàn)代護(hù)理人才素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的重要組成部分,已成為護(hù)理領(lǐng)域中一個(gè)獨(dú)立的研究主題,然而目前國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)護(hù)生職業(yè)認(rèn)同的研究顯示,護(hù)理本科生職業(yè)認(rèn)同得分低于其他學(xué)歷護(hù)生。護(hù)理本科生對(duì)護(hù)理缺乏認(rèn)同感,勢(shì)必會(huì)影響其對(duì)護(hù)理的認(rèn)知和看法,影響其就業(yè)后的工作表現(xiàn),進(jìn)而影響護(hù)理學(xué)科的發(fā)展。London的職業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)理論指出,個(gè)體的職業(yè)決策可影響職業(yè)認(rèn)同,而影響職業(yè)決策的核心因素之一即是職業(yè)決策自我效能。目的本研究采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法及訪談法了解護(hù)理本科生的職業(yè)認(rèn)同和職業(yè)決策自我效能現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,并探討二者之間的關(guān)系,以期為提升護(hù)生的職業(yè)認(rèn)同提供參考。方法1.問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法。采用分層便利抽樣法選取420名護(hù)理本科生為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。研究工具包括三部分:①一般資料問(wèn)卷:用于調(diào)查護(hù)理本科生的一般資料;②護(hù)生職業(yè)認(rèn)同問(wèn)卷:由郝玉芳編制,用于調(diào)查護(hù)理本科生的職業(yè)認(rèn)同程度;③大學(xué)生職業(yè)決策自我效能量表:由彭永新、龍立榮修訂,用于測(cè)定護(hù)理本科生的職業(yè)決策自我效能水平。數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析采用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件,具體統(tǒng)計(jì)方法包括描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、t檢驗(yàn)、方差分析、相關(guān)分析和回歸分析。2.訪談法。采用目的抽樣法,選取12名四年級(jí)護(hù)理本科生進(jìn)行了深入訪談,運(yùn)用內(nèi)容分析法對(duì)資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果1.問(wèn)卷調(diào)查結(jié)果(1)護(hù)理本科生職業(yè)認(rèn)同處于中等水平,護(hù)生的職業(yè)認(rèn)同總均分為(3.33±0.58),其中社會(huì)說(shuō)服維度得分最高(3.69±0.87),留職獲益與離職風(fēng)險(xiǎn)維度得分最低(3.07±0.76);不同性別、學(xué)科背景、家庭居住地、父親文化程度、母親文化程度、月消費(fèi)、有無(wú)兼職經(jīng)歷的護(hù)生在職業(yè)認(rèn)同總分上差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),男生、理科護(hù)生、農(nóng)村護(hù)生、父母親文化程度為小學(xué)及以下的護(hù)生、月消費(fèi)≤300元的護(hù)生、無(wú)兼職經(jīng)歷護(hù)生職業(yè)認(rèn)同得分最低。(2)護(hù)理本科生的職業(yè)決策自我效能處于中等水平,護(hù)生的職業(yè)決策自我效能總均分為(3.43±0.63),其中收集信息維度得分最高(3.56+0.66),問(wèn)題解決維度得分最低(3.32±0.74);不同性別、月消費(fèi)、是否獨(dú)生子女和有無(wú)兼職經(jīng)歷的護(hù)生在職業(yè)決策自我效能總分上差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),女生、月消費(fèi)-≤300元的護(hù)生、非獨(dú)生子女護(hù)生、無(wú)兼職經(jīng)歷護(hù)生職業(yè)決策自我效能得分最低。(3)護(hù)理本科生的職業(yè)認(rèn)同總分及各維度得分與職業(yè)決策自我效能總分及各維度得分均呈顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01),逐步回歸分析顯示,職業(yè)決策自我效能中的制定規(guī)劃、問(wèn)題解決、自我評(píng)價(jià)三個(gè)變量共可解釋職業(yè)認(rèn)同42.5%的變異量。2.訪談結(jié)果(1)護(hù)理本科生的職業(yè)認(rèn)同是在學(xué)校教育和臨床實(shí)習(xí)中形成和發(fā)展的,主要表現(xiàn)在對(duì)護(hù)士角色的認(rèn)知、對(duì)職業(yè)特性的認(rèn)知、對(duì)臨床工作環(huán)境的認(rèn)知、對(duì)職業(yè)情感的認(rèn)知、對(duì)職業(yè)價(jià)值的認(rèn)知五個(gè)方面。(2)護(hù)理本科生的職業(yè)認(rèn)同發(fā)展過(guò)程分為沖突型、調(diào)試型和發(fā)展型三種類(lèi)型。沖突型認(rèn)同的護(hù)生制定規(guī)劃和問(wèn)題解決能力不足;調(diào)試型認(rèn)同的護(hù)生在選擇護(hù)理時(shí)即做出了職業(yè)承諾,較少進(jìn)行職業(yè)探索;發(fā)展型認(rèn)同的護(hù)生面對(duì)困境時(shí)更關(guān)注積極因素,注重提升自己的能力。結(jié)論護(hù)理本科生的職業(yè)認(rèn)同與職業(yè)決策自我效能呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,護(hù)生的職業(yè)決策自我效能感越強(qiáng),職業(yè)認(rèn)同程度越高。護(hù)理本科生的職業(yè)認(rèn)同和職業(yè)決策自我效能仍有待加強(qiáng),護(hù)理教育者可通過(guò)整合學(xué)校教育和臨床實(shí)習(xí),通過(guò)提高護(hù)生的制定規(guī)劃和問(wèn)題解決能力來(lái)提升護(hù)生的職業(yè)認(rèn)同。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the quality training of modern nursing talents, background professional identity has become an independent research topic in the field of nursing. However, the research on professional identity of nursing students in China shows that the score of professional identity of nursing undergraduates is lower than that of other nursing students. The cognition and view of nursing, influencing the job performance after employment, and then influencing the development of the.London of the nursing discipline, the theory of Occupational Motivation indicates that individual career decision can affect the professional identity, and one of the core factors that affect the career decision is the self-efficacy of occupational decision making. The status and influencing factors of professional identity and career decision-making self-efficacy of nursing undergraduates were solved, and the relationship between the two was discussed in order to provide reference for improving the professional identity of nursing students. Method 1. questionnaire survey method was used. 420 nursing undergraduates were selected by stratified convenient sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey. The research tools included three departments. Scores: (1) general data questionnaire: general data used to investigate nursing undergraduate students; (2) nursing students' occupational identification questionnaire: compiled by Hao Yu Fang to investigate the degree of professional identity of nursing undergraduates; (3) the scale of self-efficacy of College Students' occupational decision making: revised by Peng Yongxin and Long Lirong to determine the professional decision-making self of undergraduate nursing students The data statistical analysis uses the SPSS19.0 statistical software. The specific statistical methods include descriptive statistical analysis, t test, ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis.2. interview. The purpose sampling method is used to select 12 grade four nursing undergraduates and analyze the data by content analysis. The results are 1. questions. Cognition, cognition of professional emotion and cognition of professional value are five aspects. (2) the process of professional identity development of nursing undergraduates is divided into three types: conflict type, debug type and development type. The nursing students with conflict identification are not able to formulate planning and problem solving ability; and the students who have identified the same students make a career commitment when choosing nursing. In the face of difficulties, the nursing students with developmental identity pay more attention to the positive factors and improve their ability. Conclusion the professional identity of the undergraduate nursing undergraduates is positively related to the self-efficacy of professional decision-making, the more self-efficacy of the nursing students and the higher degree of vocational identification. The self-efficacy of professional decision-making still needs to be strengthened. The nursing educators can improve the professional identity of the nursing students through the integration of school education and clinical practice, by improving the planning and problem solving ability of the nursing students.
