AC學(xué)院營(yíng)利方案優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:一直以來,高等教育在人們的心目中是神圣的。提起大學(xué),大家都會(huì)聯(lián)想到那些歷史悠久、綠樹成蔭、校園優(yōu)美的公立性大學(xué)。然而事實(shí)上,在高等教育大眾化的今天,公立性大學(xué)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足社會(huì)需求。在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)為主導(dǎo)的社會(huì)進(jìn)程中,獨(dú)立學(xué)院和民辦大學(xué)等非公立性大學(xué)已經(jīng)日益成熟并發(fā)展壯大。其經(jīng)營(yíng)模式和學(xué)生培養(yǎng)戰(zhàn)略都以學(xué)生產(chǎn)品為導(dǎo)向,逐漸企業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng),并以最終營(yíng)利為目的。而對(duì)于學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)來說,花錢上大學(xué)也早已被人們所普遍接受。大學(xué),正在被附上越來越濃的商業(yè)色彩。 筆者在幾年前也無法明白追求利潤(rùn)的動(dòng)機(jī)怎么能夠和教育宗旨恰到好處的共存,甚至認(rèn)為這些營(yíng)利性的高等教育機(jī)構(gòu)是學(xué)術(shù)界的渣滓。而現(xiàn)在,置身于其中,重新審視這個(gè)領(lǐng)域,實(shí)際上這些大學(xué)在做的是一件偉大的事。因?yàn)樗鼈兯龅囊磺姓脻M足了社會(huì)不斷增長(zhǎng)的高等教育需要與高等教育資源不足之間的矛盾。但終歸是做教育,這些大學(xué)在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的前提下,如何保證既能滿足他們的辦學(xué)宗旨,又能很好地營(yíng)利?是否有“雙贏”的模式?本研究擬在解答這些問題。 AC學(xué)院既是A大學(xué)的獨(dú)立學(xué)院,又有民辦成分,是營(yíng)利性大學(xué)的典型代表。本研究以AC學(xué)院為載體,從一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)人的角度,分析學(xué)院現(xiàn)有的營(yíng)利模式和存在的問題,并提出一系列可行的建議和措施,以達(dá)到優(yōu)化的目的。 筆者對(duì)本文的第1、2章,以營(yíng)利性大學(xué)的相關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)非公立大學(xué)的營(yíng)利必然性進(jìn)行了分析。本文的第3、4章是論文的重點(diǎn),分析了AC學(xué)院目前的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式和外部經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系,分析了當(dāng)前存在的問題:專業(yè)設(shè)置粗放、培養(yǎng)模式落后、學(xué)生輸出不暢、副產(chǎn)品利用不當(dāng)、資金來源單一和利益分配不均等;接著主要針對(duì)資金來源單一、利益分配不均、副產(chǎn)品利用不當(dāng)?shù)葐栴}提出了對(duì)應(yīng)的措施。本研究認(rèn)為,像AC學(xué)院這類非公立性大學(xué)的營(yíng)利性主要應(yīng)該從融資集團(tuán)化、學(xué)生培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新、副產(chǎn)品營(yíng)利變革、擴(kuò)大與企事業(yè)合作等幾個(gè)方面來進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。最后,對(duì)優(yōu)化措施的實(shí)施進(jìn)度、效果預(yù)測(cè)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制在第5章中進(jìn)行了闡述。
[Abstract]:Higher education has always been sacred to people. When it comes to universities, we all think of public universities with long history, tree-lined trees and beautiful campuses. However, in fact, in today's higher education popularization, public universities can not meet the needs of society. In the process of market-oriented society, non-public universities such as independent colleges and private universities have become more and more mature. Its management model and student training strategy are guided by students' products and gradually run as enterprises, with the aim of making profit. For students and parents, spending money on college has long been widely accepted. Universities, are being attached with a growing commercial color. A few years ago, the author could not understand how the motive of profit could coexist with the aim of education, and even thought that these profit-making institutions of higher education were the scum of academia. And now, in the midst of this, revisiting the field, what these universities are actually doing is a great thing. Because what they do meets the contradiction between the growing needs of higher education and the shortage of higher education resources. But in the end is to do education, these universities in the premise of training students, how to ensure that they can not only meet the purpose of running a school, but also a good profit? Is there a "win-win" model? This study is intended to answer these questions. The AC College is not only the independent college of A University, but also the private component. It is the typical representative of the profit-making university. This study takes AC College as the carrier, from the angle of an economic person, analyzes the existing profit model and existing problems of the college, and puts forward a series of feasible suggestions and measures to achieve the purpose of optimization. Under the guidance of the relevant theories of for-profit universities and the situation of our country, the author analyzes the inevitability of making profits of non-public universities in China. Chapter 3 of this paper is the focus of the paper. It analyzes the current management mode and external economic relationship of AC College, and analyzes the existing problems: extensive setting of major, backward training mode, poor output of students, improper use of by-products, etc. The single source of funds and the unequal distribution of benefits, then mainly in view of the single source of funds, uneven distribution of benefits, improper use of by-products and other issues put forward the corresponding measures. This study holds that the profitability of non-public universities such as AC colleges should be optimized from several aspects, such as financing collectivization, student training mode innovation, by-product profit transformation, and expansion of cooperation with enterprises and institutions. Finally, the implementation progress, effect prediction and risk control of optimization measures are described in Chapter 5.
