【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國正處于全面推進(jìn)依法治國的重要時(shí)期,致力于建設(shè)中國特色社會(huì)主義法治體系和建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國家。法治意識(shí)是法治國家的內(nèi)在靈魂與精神支撐,是國家的國民應(yīng)該具備的先進(jìn)的意識(shí)形態(tài)。大學(xué)生是十分寶貴的人才資源,是民族的希望,是祖國的未來。歷史證明,誰贏得青年,誰就贏得希望,贏得未來。因此,積極開展大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育對(duì)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展和全面推進(jìn)依法治國具有重要的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。本研究遵循“是什么——為什么——怎么做”的思路,以闡述大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵和重要意義為起點(diǎn),分析當(dāng)前大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育存在的主要問題及原因,提出大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育的對(duì)策思考。全文分三章：第一章：大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育的理論解讀。主要對(duì)法治、法治意識(shí)概念作介紹,分析法治意識(shí)的結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn),厘清法治意識(shí)與其相近概念的關(guān)聯(lián),由此提出大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育的涵義。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別從大學(xué)生自身全面發(fā)展、思想政治教育育人目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)、高校依法治校以及全面推進(jìn)依法治國等四個(gè)維度闡述大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育的重要意義,回答大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育“是什么”的問題。第二章：大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育存在的主要問題及原因分析。主要基于問卷調(diào)研和借鑒已有研究成果,指出當(dāng)前大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育存在的準(zhǔn)備不夠充分、內(nèi)容較為空泛、方式比較單一、評(píng)價(jià)顯得滯后、實(shí)際效果欠佳等問題,并從大學(xué)生的認(rèn)知、學(xué)校教育工作、家庭氛圍與社會(huì)環(huán)境四個(gè)方面探尋大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育存在問題的主要原因,回答大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育的“為什么”問題。第三章：加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育的對(duì)策思考。主要在分析大學(xué)生法治意識(shí)培育存在問題及原因的基礎(chǔ)上,從充分認(rèn)識(shí)法治意識(shí)培育意義、合理設(shè)置法治意識(shí)培育課程、積極拓展法治意識(shí)培育途徑、科學(xué)構(gòu)建法治意識(shí)培育長效機(jī)制等方面提出了應(yīng)對(duì)之策,回答“怎么做”的問題。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the important period of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way, and devotes itself to the construction of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and the construction of socialist country ruled by law. The consciousness of rule of law is the inner soul and spiritual support of a country ruled by law, and it is an advanced ideology that the people of a country should possess. College students are very valuable talent resources, is the hope of the nation, is the future of the motherland. History proves that whoever wins youth wins hope and the future. Therefore, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance for college students to develop and promote the rule of law in an all-round way. This research follows the train of thought of "what-why-how to do", starting with expounding the scientific connotation and important significance of the cultivation of university students' consciousness of rule of law, and analyzing the main problems and reasons of the cultivation of college students' consciousness of ruling by law at present. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating the consciousness of ruling by law of college students. The full text is divided into three chapters: the first chapter: the theoretical interpretation of the cultivation of college students'consciousness of rule of law. This paper mainly introduces the concept of rule of law and consciousness of rule of law, analyzes the structure and characteristics of consciousness of rule of law, clarifies the relation between consciousness of rule of law and its close concept, and puts forward the meaning of cultivating consciousness of rule of law for college students. On this basis, the significance of cultivating the consciousness of rule of law of college students is expounded from four dimensions: the all-round development of college students themselves, the realization of the goal of educating people through ideological and political education, the administration of school by law in colleges and universities, and the comprehensive promotion of governing the country according to law. Answer the question of what is the cultivation of college students' consciousness of rule of law. The second chapter: the main problems and causes of the cultivation of college students'consciousness of rule of law. Based on the questionnaire investigation and reference of the existing research results, this paper points out that the current cultivation of college students' awareness of the rule of law is not prepared enough, the content is relatively vague, the way is relatively simple, the evaluation appears to lag behind, the actual effect is not good enough, etc. The main reasons for the problems in the cultivation of college students' awareness of the rule of law are explored from the aspects of cognition, school education, family atmosphere and social environment, and the "why" question of the cultivation of students' awareness of rule of law is answered. Chapter three: the countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation of college students'consciousness of rule of law. On the basis of analyzing the problems and causes of the cultivation of university students' consciousness of rule of law, we should fully understand the significance of cultivating consciousness of rule of law, reasonably set up the curriculum of cultivation of consciousness of rule of law, and actively expand the ways of cultivating consciousness of rule of law. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and answers the question of "how to do" in constructing the long effect mechanism of scientific construction of consciousness of rule of law.
