【摘要】：高等學(xué)校處于信息化時(shí)代浪潮頂端，辦公模式正經(jīng)歷著前所未有的變化，在這場(chǎng)變革中，高校的管理體制和辦公方式都因?yàn)檗k公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用產(chǎn)生了巨大變化。辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)為高校辦公效率的提升和管理科學(xué)化提供了重要的保障，同時(shí)也給信息安全問題提出了新課題。我國高校辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)和管理還處于初級(jí)階段，與先進(jìn)國家相比還有很大差距。 本文介紹辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展過程，分析我國高校辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)目前的狀況和存在的問題。高等院校的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)有別于其他行業(yè)使用的辦公系統(tǒng)。高校辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)主要面對(duì)辦公室、學(xué)生、教師、財(cái)務(wù)、科研、人事、后勤等管理。 本文以東方學(xué)院辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象。東方學(xué)院辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)可以分為兩大部分。第一部分是行政管理系統(tǒng)，主要服務(wù)于學(xué)院辦公室日常工作，在辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)中占有相當(dāng)重要的地位，是學(xué)院行政管理的重要改革措施。另一部分是學(xué)院內(nèi)部的人事管理系統(tǒng)、教務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)、學(xué)生管理系統(tǒng)、財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)和資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)。這些重要部門建立自動(dòng)化辦公系統(tǒng)，，提高了管理水平和工作效率，為學(xué)院全面實(shí)施辦公自動(dòng)化奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。本人對(duì)東方學(xué)院的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)進(jìn)行了分析，深入到各相關(guān)部門調(diào)研訪談，從系統(tǒng)初期的需求分析階段到系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)以及使用都親自參與，得到了很多第一手材料。分析系統(tǒng)建設(shè)中的主要問題和解決方法，討論了系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的重要性并進(jìn)行了可行性分析，給出了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺(tái)和開發(fā)工具的使用，最后結(jié)合東方學(xué)院現(xiàn)行的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能描述。本文能對(duì)其他高校的辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)與開發(fā)提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are at the top of the information age, and the office mode is undergoing unprecedented changes. In this change, the management system and office mode of colleges and universities have changed greatly because of the application of office automation system. Office automation system not only provides an important guarantee for the promotion of office efficiency and scientific management, but also puts forward a new subject of information security. The construction and management of office automation system in colleges and universities in our country is still in the primary stage, and there is still a big gap compared with the advanced countries. This paper introduces the development process of office automation system, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of office automation system in colleges and universities in China. The office automation systems in colleges and universities are different from those used in other industries. University office automation system mainly faces office, students, teachers, finance, scientific research, personnel, logistics and other management. This paper takes the office automation system of Dongfang University as the research object. The office automation system of Oriental College can be divided into two parts. The first part is the administrative management system, which mainly serves the daily work of the college office, occupies a very important position in the office automation system, and is an important reform measure of the college administration management. The other part is the personnel management system, the educational administration system, the student management system, the financial management system and the asset management system. The establishment of automated office system in these important departments improves the management level and work efficiency, and lays a solid foundation for the college to carry out office automation in an all-round way. I have carried on the analysis to the construction of the office automation system of the oriental college, deeply investigated and interviewed to each related department, from the system initial stage of the demand analysis stage to the system design and the use all personally participated, obtained a lot of firsthand materials. This paper analyzes the main problems and solutions in the system construction, discusses the importance and feasibility of the system construction, and gives the application of the system development platform and development tools. Finally, the paper describes the function of the current office automation system of Oriental College. This paper can provide reference for the construction and development of office automation system in other colleges and universities.
