【摘要】：近年來，面對(duì)著高校的持續(xù)擴(kuò)招，大學(xué)生的就業(yè)形勢(shì)就顯得越來越困難，難則思變，大學(xué)生的就業(yè)難引發(fā)了一系列的社會(huì)問題。其中就業(yè)道德缺失問題是其中最為顯著的一類問題，同時(shí)這類問題也越來越受到更多的關(guān)注，已經(jīng)成為社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭、用人單位不得不面對(duì)的一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。這一問題在學(xué)術(shù)理論界也引起了許多學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注，探究就業(yè)倫理問題的難點(diǎn)的癥結(jié)所在，，運(yùn)用思想政治教育理論，加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)教育，通過引導(dǎo)高校畢業(yè)生幫助他們?cè)诰蜆I(yè)過程中樹立正確的就業(yè)觀念和正確的就業(yè)心態(tài)，從而來提高大學(xué)生的整體誠(chéng)信水平；這對(duì)于解決畢業(yè)生面臨的就業(yè)道德問題以及構(gòu)建大學(xué)生就業(yè)倫理體系有重要的理論意義與實(shí)踐價(jià)值。 本文在查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料以及針對(duì)調(diào)查問卷的結(jié)果進(jìn)行研究分析的基礎(chǔ)上，理清當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)道德缺失的表現(xiàn)，并且通過問卷分析了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生就業(yè)道德缺失存在的問題和成因，在對(duì)原因分析的基礎(chǔ)上有針對(duì)性地提出了解決大學(xué)生就業(yè)道德缺失的現(xiàn)實(shí)對(duì)策。 本論文一共分為五個(gè)部分；論文的第一部分闡述了背景、目的與意義，研究思路與方法以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述等，第二部分分析研究了大學(xué)生就業(yè)道德的相關(guān)概念以及理論基礎(chǔ)，第三部分通過調(diào)查問卷法、相關(guān)分析法和文獻(xiàn)研究法等，從當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)道德缺失存在的現(xiàn)狀著手進(jìn)行細(xì)致的分析了當(dāng)前大學(xué)生就業(yè)道德存在的嚴(yán)重功利化思想、服務(wù)意識(shí)淡薄以及缺乏奉獻(xiàn)精神等主要的缺失問題。第四個(gè)部分是對(duì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)道德缺失的問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)化的分析，主要分析了從社會(huì)、家庭、學(xué)校、大學(xué)生自身等四個(gè)方面。第五部分則是針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)的就業(yè)道德缺失問題提出了相應(yīng)的解決措施：完善與就業(yè)相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)；充實(shí)大學(xué)生就業(yè)道德教育的相關(guān)內(nèi)容；加強(qiáng)規(guī)范教師自身的道德修養(yǎng)；注意家長(zhǎng)的榜樣力量；進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)從社會(huì)、學(xué)校、家庭和大學(xué)生自身四個(gè)方面來提高大學(xué)生的就業(yè)道德水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, faced with the continuous expansion of college enrollment, the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more difficult, difficult to think about, and the employment of college students has caused a series of social problems. Among them, the lack of employment morality is the most significant one. At the same time, more and more attention has been paid to this kind of problem, which has become a realistic problem that society, schools, families and employers have to face. This problem has also aroused the widespread concern of many scholars in the academic and theoretical circles, explored the crux of the difficult point of the employment ethics problem, applied the theory of ideological and political education, and strengthened the employment guidance education of college students. By guiding college graduates to help them set up the correct concept of employment and the correct attitude of employment in the process of employment, so as to improve the integrity of college students as a whole; It is of great theoretical and practical significance to solve the employment moral problems faced by graduates and to construct the employment ethics system of college students. On the basis of consulting a lot of literature and analyzing the results of the questionnaire, this paper clarifies the expression of college students' lack of employment morality. And through the questionnaire analysis of the problems and causes of the lack of employment morality of contemporary college students, on the basis of the analysis of the reasons, the author puts forward the practical countermeasures to solve the lack of employment morality of the college students. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part of the paper describes the background, purpose and significance, research ideas and methods, as well as domestic and foreign research overview, the second part analyzes the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of college students' employment ethics. The third part through the questionnaire method, the correlation analysis method and the literature research method, has carried on the careful analysis from the present university student employment morals flaw existence present situation, has carried on the careful analysis present university student employment morals existence serious utilitarian thought. The fourth part is a systematic analysis of the lack of employment morality of college graduates, mainly from the social, family, school, college students themselves. The fifth part is to put forward the corresponding measures to solve the problem of the lack of employment morality in our country: to perfect the laws and regulations related to employment, to enrich the relevant contents of college students' employment moral education, to strengthen the regulation of teachers' moral accomplishment; Pay attention to the power of parents' example, and then improve the employment moral level of college students from four aspects: society, school, family and college students themselves.
