【摘要】：目的了解當(dāng)代男大學(xué)生對同性戀的態(tài)度、行為及影響因素,為更好地在大學(xué)生中開展性健康教育和進(jìn)一步研究同性戀問題提供基礎(chǔ)資料。方法采用自行設(shè)計的調(diào)查問卷,對杭州市下沙高教園區(qū)13所高校的3 992名男大學(xué)生進(jìn)行等比例隨機抽樣調(diào)查。對男大學(xué)生同性戀態(tài)度和行為的影響因素,先采用Logistic單因素分析篩選出有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義的因子,再運用多因素Logistic回歸進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果性取向為同性、雙性(包括多數(shù)是男性、男女兩性和多數(shù)是女性)和說不清楚者分別占1.2%,12.5%,4.2%;58.4%男大學(xué)生對同性戀持理解態(tài)度。大二及以上男大學(xué)生較大一男生對同性戀持更能理解的態(tài)度;2.4%的被試表示發(fā)生過同性性行為,家庭關(guān)系一般的男大學(xué)生比家庭關(guān)系和睦者更易發(fā)生同性性行為(OR=2.2)。結(jié)論男大學(xué)生對同性戀持理解態(tài)度的比例較低,對同性戀的態(tài)度和行為受其年級、專業(yè)、成長環(huán)境以及性觀念等多種因素的影響。高校應(yīng)開展多元化的性健康教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the attitude, behavior and influencing factors of contemporary male college students on homosexuality, and to provide basic information for developing sexual health education and further study of homosexuality among college students. Methods a self-designed questionnaire was used to carry out the equal proportion of 3992 male college students in 13 colleges and universities in Hangzhou Xiasha high education Park. The factors affecting homosexual attitude and behavior of male college students were analyzed by Logistic single factor analysis, and then analyzed by multiple factor Logistic regression. The results were homosexual, double sex (including the majority of men, two sex and majority of women) and 1.2% of those who were not clear. 12.5%, 4.2%, 58.4% male college students understand homosexuality. The older male college students are more able to understand homosexuality. 2.4% of the subjects show that the same sex has happened, the male college students with general family relations are more likely to have sex sex than those with family relations (OR=2.2). Conclusion male college students are homosexual. The proportion of understanding attitude is low, and the attitude and behavior of homosexuality are influenced by many factors such as grade, profession, growth environment and sex concept. The university should carry out multiple sexual health education.
