學(xué)業(yè)報(bào)告卡:意義闡釋、內(nèi)容邏輯和質(zhì)量保障——基于美國(guó)伊利諾伊州學(xué)業(yè)報(bào)告卡的研究

【摘要】:學(xué)業(yè)報(bào)告卡對(duì)外應(yīng)滿足公眾對(duì)教育的問(wèn)責(zé)需求,對(duì)內(nèi)應(yīng)能為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)改進(jìn)提供依據(jù)。美國(guó)伊利諾伊州的學(xué)業(yè)報(bào)告卡在美實(shí)行較早,也較為完善。通過(guò)對(duì)該學(xué)業(yè)報(bào)告卡的分析,指出其信息公開(kāi)和雙重問(wèn)責(zé)的意義闡釋、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)驅(qū)動(dòng)和證據(jù)文化的內(nèi)容邏輯、政府協(xié)同治理、市場(chǎng)技術(shù)支持、社會(huì)共同參與三管齊下的質(zhì)量保障特征,并從鼓勵(lì)信息公開(kāi)、注重診斷指引功能以及規(guī)范內(nèi)容標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、促進(jìn)研制的專業(yè)化四個(gè)方面為我國(guó)學(xué)業(yè)報(bào)告卡的完善提出了研究借鑒。
[Abstract]:The academic report card should meet the public's need for accountability in education and provide the basis for the improvement of students' learning. The Illinois academic report card was implemented earlier and better in the United States. Based on the analysis of the academic report card, this paper points out the significance of information openness and double accountability, the content logic of standard driving and evidence culture, the cooperative governance of government, the market technical support. The social participation in the three-pronged quality assurance features, and from encouraging information disclosure, focusing on diagnostic guidance function and standardization of content standards, promoting the development of professional four aspects for the improvement of academic report cards in China.
