【摘要】：高校學(xué)生干部隊伍是大學(xué)生群體的重要組成,學(xué)生干部是學(xué)生工作的排頭兵,是教師、學(xué)校與學(xué)生聯(lián)系的紐帶,在高校的思想政治教育、教育管理和大學(xué)生自我教育、自我管理、自我服務(wù)中發(fā)揮著特殊的作用。建設(shè)一支素質(zhì)過硬的高校學(xué)生干部隊伍是高校學(xué)生工作的一項重要任務(wù),也是黨和國家的要求。改革開放以來,尤其進入21世紀以來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟和社會的發(fā)展,高校學(xué)生教育管理環(huán)境發(fā)生了巨大的變化,選拔、培養(yǎng)、激勵、監(jiān)督、反饋、培訓(xùn)等學(xué)生干部的培養(yǎng)機制的不健全,導(dǎo)致當前高校在學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)中存在著重集中、輕民主,重使用、輕培訓(xùn),重管理,輕服務(wù),重能力、輕道德等問題,已不適應(yīng)新時期學(xué)生干部工作的需要。本文闡述了高校學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)機制的相關(guān)理論,回顧了高校學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)機制歷史沿革,通過調(diào)查問卷對高校干部培養(yǎng)機制現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,找出了高校學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)機制存在的問題與原因,并從建立良性互動的高校學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)動力機制、建立高效有序的高校學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)運行機制、建立可持續(xù)發(fā)展的高校學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)保障機制等三方面提出了高校學(xué)生干部培養(yǎng)機制創(chuàng)新的對策。
[Abstract]:The contingent of student cadres in colleges and universities is an important part of the group of college students. Student cadres are the vanguard of student work, the link between teachers, schools and students, and the ideological and political education, educational management and self-education of college students. Self-management, self-service plays a special role. It is an important task of college students' work to build a contingent of university student cadres with excellent quality, which is also the requirement of the Party and the country. Since the reform and opening up, especially since the 21st century, with the development of economy and society in our country, great changes have taken place in the educational management environment of college students. The imperfect training mechanism for student cadres, such as training, has led to problems such as the emphasis on concentration, democracy, use, training, management, service, ability and morality in the training of student cadres in colleges and universities at present. It has not been adapted to the needs of student cadres in the new period. This paper expounds the relevant theories of the cultivation mechanism of college student cadres, reviews the history of the cultivation mechanism of student cadres in colleges and universities, and analyzes the present situation of the cultivation mechanism of university cadres by questionnaire. This paper finds out the problems and causes of the cultivation mechanism of student cadres in colleges and universities, and sets up an efficient and orderly mechanism for cultivating student cadres in colleges and universities by establishing a positive and interactive motive mechanism for cultivating student cadres in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of innovating the cultivation mechanism of student cadres in colleges and universities from the following three aspects: establishing the sustainable development of student cadres training and ensuring mechanism in colleges and universities.
