【摘要】：知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,創(chuàng)新浪潮在全球涌動(dòng),知識(shí)在促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步的過程中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。人才作為知識(shí)的承擔(dān)者,在創(chuàng)新中扮演者十分重要的角色。我國在建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家的過程中,也需要高度重視創(chuàng)新型人才的培養(yǎng)。無論是對(duì)諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)得主還是對(duì)我國兩院院士的分析均表明,他們幾乎都有過大學(xué)教育經(jīng)歷,可以說創(chuàng)新型人才的培養(yǎng)離不開高校。工科高校承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)科學(xué)與技術(shù)人才的重任,在建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家的過程中當(dāng)然也發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。高校思想政治教育作為高等教育的重要組成部分,在創(chuàng)新型人才的培養(yǎng)過程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。轉(zhuǎn)變高校思想政治教育的觀念,優(yōu)化思想教政治育的環(huán)境,改進(jìn)思想政治教育的方法,有助于充分發(fā)揮思想教育在工科高校創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)中的作用。本文從思想政治教育的角度分析工科高校在創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問題,比如在實(shí)際的教學(xué)過程中,工科高校思想政治教育的重要性未能突顯,思想政治教育模式不科學(xué),學(xué)生的主體性不受重視,思想政治教育課程設(shè)置存在問題等等,進(jìn)而從轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,改革教學(xué)模式,進(jìn)行校園文化建設(shè),培養(yǎng)具有創(chuàng)新精神的師資隊(duì)伍等五個(gè)方面提出解決問題的相關(guān)方法,以更好地發(fā)揮思想政治教育在工科高校創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)中的重要作用。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, the tide of innovation is surging all over the world, and knowledge plays an important role in the process of promoting economic development and social progress. Talent, as the bearer of knowledge, plays a very important role in innovation. In the process of building an innovative country, our country also needs to attach great importance to the cultivation of innovative talents. The analysis of Nobel Prize winners and academicians in both chambers of our country shows that almost all of them have had university education experience, so it can be said that the cultivation of innovative talents can not be separated from colleges and universities. Engineering colleges and universities assume the responsibility of cultivating scientific and technical talents, and of course play a vital role in the process of building an innovative country. As an important part of higher education, ideological and political education plays an important role in the cultivation of innovative talents. Changing the concept of ideological and political education, optimizing the environment of ideological and political education, and improving the methods of ideological and political education will help to give full play to the role of ideological education in the cultivation of innovative talents in engineering colleges and universities. From the angle of ideological and political education, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative talents in engineering colleges and universities. For example, in the actual teaching process, the importance of ideological and political education in engineering colleges and universities is not highlighted, and the mode of ideological and political education is not scientific. The students' subjectivity is ignored, and there are some problems in the course of ideological and political education, so as to change the concept, reform the teaching mode, and carry out the construction of campus culture. In order to give full play to the important role of ideological and political education in the cultivation of innovative talents in engineering universities, five aspects are put forward to solve the problems.
