【摘要】：思想政治工作是我黨的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)和政治優(yōu)勢。近年來,隨著市場經(jīng)濟體制的建立和改革開放的進一步深入,我國進入了一個社會轉(zhuǎn)型期,各種社會矛盾不斷出現(xiàn),對思想政治工作提出了更高的要求。盡管各高校都在按照中央的要求和人才培養(yǎng)的實際要求,加強和改進大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作,但由于多方面的原因,在實際工作中還存在用管理代替思想政治教育、淡化思想政治理論課的教學(xué)、對思想政治教育功能認知片面等現(xiàn)象。高校思想政治教育工作應(yīng)該堅持以人為本,按照“三貼近”的要求,扎實推進思想政治教育工作生活化、人文化、詩意化。本文將思想政治教育生活化、人文化與詩意化相結(jié)合,從理論和實踐層面進行探討,旨在提高思想政治教育工作實效性和針對性,促進思想政治教育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。 本文以近年來蘭州理工大學(xué)思想政治教育工作的實踐為例,提出了思想政治教育生活化、人文化、詩意化的工作方式,通過貼近大學(xué)生生活實際,加強人文關(guān)懷,提升大學(xué)生精神品味,在引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生樹立理想信念的同時塑造理想人格,使大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作飽含生活元素、凸顯人文色彩、富有文化氣息,如同春風(fēng)化雨般培育大學(xué)生健康幸福成長。論文分為六個部分,第一部分是緒論,介紹本文的研究背景、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、論文的研究方法等相關(guān)問題；第二部分闡述大學(xué)生思想政治教育的概念,對大學(xué)生思想政治教育的必要性和現(xiàn)狀進行了分析；第三部分分析大學(xué)生思想政治教育生活化、人文化、詩意化提出的背景,對大學(xué)生思想政治教育生活化、人文化、詩意化的基本內(nèi)涵進行闡述；第四部分具體闡述大學(xué)生思想政治教育生活化、人文化、詩意化所包含的內(nèi)容；第五部分在介紹蘭州理工大學(xué)近年來進行大學(xué)生思想政治教育生活化、人文化、詩意化工作的具體實踐的基礎(chǔ)上,進一步對大學(xué)生思想政治教育生活化、人文化、詩意化的創(chuàng)新途徑進行了探索；最后一部分為結(jié)語
[Abstract]:Ideological and political work is our party's fine tradition and political advantages. In recent years, with the establishment of market economy system and the further deepening of reform and opening up, our country has entered a social transition period, various social contradictions have appeared constantly, which put forward higher requirements for ideological and political work. Although all colleges and universities are strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students in accordance with the requirements of the central authorities and the actual requirements for the cultivation of talents, there are still many reasons for replacing ideological and political education with management in practical work. The teaching of ideological and political theory course is desalinated and the function of ideological and political education is one-sided. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities should adhere to people-oriented, according to the requirements of "three close to", solid ideological and political education work to promote life, human culture, poetic. This paper combines ideological and political education with life, human culture and poeticization, and probes into it from the theoretical and practical aspects in order to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education and to promote the innovation and development of ideological and political education. Taking the practice of ideological and political education in Lanzhou University of Technology in recent years as an example, this paper puts forward a new way of working in which ideological and political education is liveable, human culture and poetical. By approaching the reality of college students' life, we should strengthen humanistic care. To promote the spiritual taste of college students, to guide them to set up ideal beliefs and to shape their ideal personality, to make the ideological and political education work of college students full of life elements, to highlight the humanistic color, and to be rich in cultural atmosphere. Like the spring weathered rain to cultivate the healthy and happy growth of college students. The thesis is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background of this article, the domestic and foreign research present situation, the thesis research method and so on related questions; the second part elaborates the university student ideological and political education concept, This paper analyzes the necessity and present situation of college students' ideological and political education, the third part analyzes the background of the college students' ideological and political education in life, human culture, poetic education, the ideological and political education of college students, human culture, ideological and political education, human culture. The fourth part elaborates the contents of the ideological and political education of college students including life, human culture and poeticization. The fifth part, on the basis of introducing the concrete practice of the ideological and political education of college students in recent years, human culture, poetic work of Lanzhou University of Technology, further to the ideological and political education of college students, human culture, The last part is the conclusion.
