【摘要】：“國運(yùn)興衰,系于教育,教育成敗,系于教師”,師范類院校大學(xué)生是未來教師的后備軍,他們肩負(fù)著培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)建設(shè)者和接班人的重任,他們的思想認(rèn)識(shí),政治立場、道德素質(zhì)直接關(guān)系著青少年的健康成長,也關(guān)系著國家的前途和未來。 本文借助于已有的研究成果,采取了實(shí)際調(diào)查和理論研究相結(jié)合的方法,通過對(duì)蘇北師范高校調(diào)研和鹽城師范學(xué)院部分學(xué)生與老師的交流以及利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷對(duì)400名學(xué)生進(jìn)行了抽樣調(diào)查,對(duì)新時(shí)期師范類大學(xué)生思想政治教育問題及對(duì)策這一課題進(jìn)行了研究和探討。首先,通過對(duì)蘇北幾所師范高校的調(diào)研以及問卷調(diào)查了解到新時(shí)期師范類大學(xué)生的理想信念、價(jià)值取向、道德素質(zhì)、政治參與意識(shí)等現(xiàn)狀是良好的,但同時(shí)也存在著理想信念淡化、價(jià)值取向困惑、教師職業(yè)道德意識(shí)趨弱、心理壓力增大等問題。同時(shí)也體現(xiàn)了師范類大學(xué)生追求自由、個(gè)性張揚(yáng)等的特點(diǎn)。其次,從師范院校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重視程度、社會(huì)上出現(xiàn)的拜金主義、功利化傾向等消極因素的沖擊,及其思想政治教育理念、內(nèi)容和方法存在的某些缺陷和高等教育的快速發(fā)展對(duì)思想政治教育帶來的某些負(fù)面影響這幾方面對(duì)存在的問題進(jìn)行了原因分析。最后,從提高師范類大學(xué)生思想政治教育的重視度、優(yōu)化思政治教育內(nèi)容、豐富校園文化等方面有針對(duì)性地提出了提高師范類大學(xué)生思想政治教育的一些對(duì)策,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)師范類大學(xué)生思想政治教育是一項(xiàng)重大而緊迫的任務(wù)。對(duì)這一課題的研究先在此拋磚引玉,希望能引起更多學(xué)者的關(guān)注,對(duì)完善師范類大學(xué)生的思想政治教育有所助益。
[Abstract]:"the rise and fall of national luck depends on education, the success or failure of education, and teachers." students in normal colleges and universities are the reserve force for future teachers. They shoulder the heavy task of training socialist builders and successors, and their ideological understanding and political stand. Moral quality is directly related to the healthy growth of young people, but also related to the future and future of the country. In this paper, with the help of the existing research results, the method of combining actual investigation with theoretical research is adopted. Based on the investigation of teachers' colleges and universities in northern Jiangsu Province, the exchange between some students and teachers in Yancheng normal College and the use of online questionnaires, a sample survey of 400 students was carried out. This paper studies and discusses the problems and countermeasures of ideological and political education of normal college students in the new period. First of all, through the investigation and questionnaire survey of several normal universities in northern Jiangsu Province, we can find out that the status quo of the normal college students in the new period is good, such as their ideal belief, value orientation, moral quality, political participation consciousness, etc. But at the same time, there are some problems, such as desalination of ideal and belief, confusion of value orientation, weakening of teachers' professional ethics consciousness and increasing psychological pressure. At the same time, it also reflects the characteristics of normal college students' pursuit of freedom, personality publicity and so on. Secondly, from the impact of negative factors, such as the importance of the leaders of normal colleges, the money worship and utilitarian tendency in the society, as well as the ideological and political education ideas, Some defects in contents and methods and the negative effects of the rapid development of higher education on ideological and political education are analyzed in this paper. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward to improve the ideological and political education of normal college students from the aspects of enhancing the importance of ideological and political education, optimizing the content of ideological and political education, enriching campus culture, etc. It is an important and urgent task to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of normal college students. The research on this subject will draw the attention of more scholars and help to perfect the ideological and political education of normal college students.
