高校青年教師主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同教育問題探賾

【摘要】:加強(qiáng)主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同教育是新形勢下加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高校青年教師思想政治工作的核心內(nèi)容之一。目前高校青年教師的主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同教育的意識(shí)需要進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化,內(nèi)容需要進(jìn)一步凝練,方法需要進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)新。要從戰(zhàn)略的高度強(qiáng)化青年教師主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同教育意識(shí),要以務(wù)實(shí)的精神研究青年教師主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同教育內(nèi)容,要用科學(xué)的態(tài)度創(chuàng)新青年教師主流意識(shí)形態(tài)認(rèn)同教育方法。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the mainstream ideological identity education is one of the core contents of strengthening and improving the ideological and political work of young teachers in colleges and universities under the new situation. At present, the consciousness of the mainstream ideological identity education of young teachers in colleges and universities needs to be further strengthened, the content should be further condensed, and the method should be further innovated. It is necessary to strengthen the mainstream ideological identity education consciousness of young teachers from a strategic perspective, and to study the content of young teachers' mainstream ideology identity education with a pragmatic spirit. The main ideology of young teachers should be innovated with scientific attitude to identify with the educational methods.
