【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國高等教育規(guī)模的不斷擴大,高等院校向社會輸入了大量的人才,這極大地促進了社會的發(fā)展。然而,也造成了一個不爭的事實——使中國大學生就業(yè)形勢日益嚴峻。這一社會現(xiàn)象不但影響了我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,也使我國社會穩(wěn)定面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的不斷完善,產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的不斷優(yōu)化調整,城市化率的逐漸提高,我國人力資源結構不斷的進行調整,大學生在就業(yè)過程中不但要面臨大學畢業(yè)生生自身的競爭壓力,還要面臨其他勞動力就業(yè)群體所帶來的巨大壓力,使得大學生就業(yè)形勢十分嚴峻。大學畢業(yè)生不僅要面對就業(yè)難的問題,還有一個現(xiàn)實問題亟需解決,即初入職場的大學畢業(yè)生如何去適應職場生活,如何完成由學生到職場掌舵者的轉變。本研究以社會學的相關理論為指導;采用定性分析和定量分析兩者相結合的研究方法,以湖南省2013屆高校畢業(yè)生作為調查對象,深入分析了目前大學畢業(yè)生在工作過程中的決策現(xiàn)狀,探討了在決策過程中存在的困難和問題。最后為提升在業(yè)大學畢業(yè)生的工作決策空間,提高大學畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)質量提出有效的解決途徑和建議措施。筆者在對湖南省2013屆大學畢業(yè)生工作決策空間的現(xiàn)狀進行描述分析的基礎上,運用相關分析和多元線性回歸分析探討了大學畢業(yè)生工作決策空間的影響因素對大學畢業(yè)生工作決策空間的影響,驗證了本研究所提出的兩個假設,并得出了以下結論:第一,人力資本對大學畢業(yè)生的工作決策空間有顯著影響;第二,組織氛圍對大學畢業(yè)生的工作決策空間有顯著影響。根據(jù)上述研究結果,針對大學畢業(yè)生工作決策空間現(xiàn)狀,要使大學畢業(yè)生的工作決策空間得到提升,筆者從主客觀條件出發(fā)給出了以下幾點建議和措施:一、完善職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,做好就業(yè)準備;二、營造良好的單位組織氛圍,激發(fā)員工積極性;三、發(fā)揚民主型領導風格,讓員工參與決策;四、加強就業(yè)政策支持,發(fā)揮就業(yè)市場導向作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education in China, colleges and universities have imported a large number of talents into the society, which has greatly promoted the development of society. However, it also creates an indisputable fact that the employment situation of Chinese college students is becoming increasingly serious. This social phenomenon not only affects the sustainable development of China's socialist market economy, but also makes our social stability face new challenges. With the continuous improvement of China's socialist market economy, the continuous optimization and adjustment of industrial structure, the gradual improvement of urbanization rate, and the continuous adjustment of human resources structure in China, In the process of employment, college students not only have to face the competitive pressure of graduates themselves, but also face the enormous pressure brought by other labor force employment groups, which makes the employment situation of college students very severe. College graduates not only have to face the difficult problem of employment, but also need to solve a practical problem, that is, how to adapt to the workplace life and how to complete the transformation from students to workplace leaders. This study is guided by the relevant theories of sociology, adopts qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and takes the graduates of the class of 2013 in Hunan province as the objects of investigation. This paper deeply analyzes the present situation of university graduates' decision making in the process of work, and probes into the difficulties and problems existing in the process of decision making. Finally, some effective solutions and suggestions are put forward to improve the job decision-making space and the employment quality of college graduates. On the basis of describing and analyzing the present situation of the decision space for the graduates of Hunan Province in 2013, By using correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, this paper discusses the influence of the influencing factors of the work decision space of the university graduates on the work decision space of the university graduates, verifies the two hypotheses put forward by this research, and draws the following conclusions: first, Human capital has a significant impact on the job decision-making space of college graduates; second, organizational climate has a significant impact on the job decision-making space of university graduates. According to the above research results, in view of the present situation of the work decision space of the university graduates, in order to enhance the work decision space of the university graduates, the author gives the following suggestions and measures from the subjective and objective conditions: 1. Improve career planning and prepare for employment; second, create a good organizational atmosphere of units to stimulate staff enthusiasm; third, carry forward democratic leadership style and let employees participate in decision-making; fourth, strengthen employment policy support, Play a leading role in the job market.
