【摘要】：從高校大型儀器設(shè)備使用效益評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)涵、功能、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)及評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析了大型儀器設(shè)備效益評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果有效利用對(duì)進(jìn)一步健全高校大型儀器設(shè)備管理體制與運(yùn)行機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃與集中建設(shè)、優(yōu)化資源配置與推進(jìn)開(kāi)放共享、提升大型儀器設(shè)備使用效益的指導(dǎo)與促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the connotation, function, evaluation index and present situation of the evaluation of the utilization benefit of large scale instrument and equipment in colleges and universities, this paper analyzes on how to improve the management system and operation mechanism of the large instrument and equipment in colleges and universities by the effective use of the result of the evaluation of the benefit of the large instrument and equipment. Strengthen overall planning and centralized construction, optimize the allocation of resources and promote open sharing, and enhance the efficiency of large-scale instruments and equipment guidance and promotion role.
