【摘要】：大學(xué)是人才的搖籃，作為高校教育工作者，高校學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)員正發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用，他是中國高校思想政治教育的核心力量，他們認(rèn)真貫徹黨的教育方針，能確保黨的教育政策在大學(xué)生中的認(rèn)真推行，能保證及時完成黨的教育任務(wù)和目標(biāo)。他們與大學(xué)生接觸最多，，他們是高校思想政治教育的一線工作者，他們直接管理學(xué)生，服務(wù)學(xué)生，教育學(xué)生，他們在高等教育的大環(huán)境中，他們的言行直接對大學(xué)生的良好的人格，進(jìn)取的思想，有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響，他們?yōu)樯鐣袚?dān)著培養(yǎng)合格，全面的有用人才，正式因?yàn)樗麄儼缪菡咴絹碓街匾慕巧�，而我們所處的國�?nèi)外形勢發(fā)生了又巨大而深刻的變化，我國高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)問題越來越多，本文通過對我國高校輔導(dǎo)員工作的歷史與現(xiàn)狀分析，結(jié)合人力資源管理理論，借鑒國內(nèi)外有關(guān)高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以文獻(xiàn)法與調(diào)查研究等方法，對高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)做了一些理論性探討。
[Abstract]:Universities are the cradle of talents, as university educators, college student counselors are playing an increasingly important role, he is the core force of ideological and political education in Chinese colleges and universities, they conscientiously carry out the Party's educational policy. It can ensure the serious implementation of the Party's educational policy among college students and the timely completion of the Party's educational tasks and objectives. They have the most contact with college students. They are front-line workers in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. They directly manage students, serve students, educate students, and they are in the general environment of higher education. Their words and deeds have a profound impact on the good personality and enterprising thinking of college students. They undertake to train qualified, comprehensive and useful talents for the society, formally because they play an increasingly important role. However, the situation at home and abroad has undergone tremendous and profound changes. There are more and more problems in the construction of college counselors in our country. This paper analyzes the history and present situation of counselors' work in colleges and universities in our country, and combines the theory of human resources management. Based on the experience of college counselors at home and abroad and by the methods of literature and investigation, this paper makes some theoretical discussions on the construction of counselors in colleges and universities.
