廣東SK學(xué)院人力資源管理對策的研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展和高等教育改革的日益深化,我國的民辦高等教育發(fā)展迅速。目前,民辦高等教育已經(jīng)成為我國高等教育的重要組成部分。然而,對于民辦高等教育而言,機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存。由于公辦高校持續(xù)擴(kuò)招和境外或國外一些學(xué)校或教育機(jī)構(gòu)的涌入,民辦高校面臨著極大的競爭壓力。如何在激烈的競爭中獲得生存,需要加強(qiáng)人力資源管理,努力培養(yǎng)一支優(yōu)秀的教職工隊(duì)伍。但是,在目前民辦高校當(dāng)中,人力資源管理存在一些問題。因此,探討人力資源管理的對策是目前民辦高校良性發(fā)展的重要問題之一。 本文以具有代表性的廣東SK學(xué)院為研究對象,借鑒人力資源管理理論,深入分析該學(xué)院人力資源管理存在的問題,并主要依據(jù)人力資源管理的六大模塊探討解決人力資源管理問題的對策,提出合理科學(xué)的人力資源管理措施。 論文首先對研究的背景、意義和目的、國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀、研究的目標(biāo)和論文的創(chuàng)新之處、方法和技術(shù)路線進(jìn)行了簡單介紹。其次,進(jìn)行相關(guān)人力資源管理文獻(xiàn)綜述,包括人力資源管理內(nèi)涵、民辦高校人力資源管理的內(nèi)涵、民辦高校人力資源管理的內(nèi)容和特點(diǎn)等。接著以廣東SK學(xué)院為研究對象,分析其人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,如人力資源管理尚未形成自身核心價(jià)值觀等。然后,針對廣東SK學(xué)院人力資源管理存在的問題提出七方面的對策。最后,對廣東SK學(xué)院等民辦高校的發(fā)展進(jìn)行總結(jié)并提出了展望。 論文創(chuàng)作的價(jià)值在于研究結(jié)果的實(shí)用性,厘清了民辦高校人力資源管理中需要解決的一些常見問題,對于民辦高校人力資源管理中存在的問題提出了相應(yīng)的對策,如優(yōu)化績效考核方案等。這對民辦高校持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy and the deepening of higher education reform, private higher education in China is developing rapidly. At present, private higher education has become an important part of higher education in China. However, for private higher education, opportunities and challenges coexist. Due to the continuous expansion of enrollment in public universities and the influx of some schools or educational institutions overseas or abroad, private colleges and universities are facing great competitive pressure. How to survive in the fierce competition needs to strengthen the management of human resources and train an excellent teaching staff team. However, there are some problems in human resource management in private colleges and universities. Therefore, to probe into the countermeasures of human resource management is one of the important problems in the benign development of private colleges and universities. This paper takes the representative Guangdong SK University as the research object, draws lessons from the human resources management theory, deeply analyzes the problems existing in the human resources management of the college. Based on the six modules of human resource management, the countermeasures of solving the problems of human resource management are discussed, and the reasonable and scientific measures of human resource management are put forward. Firstly, the background, significance and purpose of the research, the present situation of the research at home and abroad, the research goal, the innovation of the paper, the method and the technical route are introduced briefly. Secondly, the related human resources management literature review, including the connotation of human resources management, the connotation of human resources management in private colleges and universities, the content and characteristics of human resources management in private colleges and universities. Then taking SK University of Guangdong as the research object, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of human resource management, such as human resource management has not formed its own core values and so on. Then, seven countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems in human resource management of Guangdong SK University. Finally, the development of Guangdong SK University and other private colleges and universities are summarized and prospects are put forward. The value of the paper creation lies in the practicability of the research results, clarifies some common problems that need to be solved in the human resource management of private colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the problems existing in the human resources management of private colleges and universities. For example, optimize the performance appraisal program and so on. This has a certain reference significance for the sustainable and healthy development of private colleges and universities.
