【摘要】：責任是人類社會永恒的話題之一,是指在一定社會條件下,處在一定社會關系中的社會個體或者群體所要承擔的義務、使命、職責等。當代大學生作為社會的精英群體,是國家的棟梁、民族的希望,責任擔當意識應是每個當代大學生必須具備的重要素質(zhì)。大學生的責任擔當意識是大學生做任何事情的出發(fā)點,是各種責任感的生命線、核心和靈魂。然而,在當今社會現(xiàn)實環(huán)境中,受到各種因素的影響,導致目前一些大學生的責任擔當意識弱化,責任感不強,盡責態(tài)度不夠端正,責任能力有待進一步提高,行為失范的現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生。因此,如何加強大學生的責任教育,為構建和諧社會培養(yǎng)更多有責任心的高素質(zhì)人才,是應當引起高度關注和亟待解決的問題。本文共分為五個部分。第一部分為緒論。第二部分對“責任”的概念進行了概述,在對中西方文化中有關“責任”的分析比較基礎上,解讀“責任”的內(nèi)涵,論述人要承擔責任之必要性。在此基礎上提出“責任擔當意識”的概念,并對當代大學生責任擔當意識的內(nèi)涵進行了界定,對其基本涵義進行了闡述。最后,對當代大學生責任擔當意識培育的內(nèi)容及其價值做出了相關論述。第三部分對當代大學生責任擔當意識培育的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析。分析了目前當代大學生責任擔當意識的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)了當代大學生責任擔當意識中的發(fā)展與社會的進步要求不盡一致,并試圖通過研究,剖析出問題產(chǎn)生的原因。第四部分分析了大學生責任擔當意識培育中存在的主要問題。從大學生自身、家庭、學校和社會四個方面分析了大學生責任擔當意識缺失問題的成因。第五部分闡述了當代大學生責任擔當意識培育途徑的探析。通過第四部分的原因分析,提出了與之相對應的培育途徑及解決策略。首先,塑造良好的自我責任感;其次重視家庭責任擔當意識教育;再次加強高校思想政治教育;最后營造良好的社會環(huán)境。全方位的加強當代大學生責任擔當意識的培育。結語部分對全文進行總結。
[Abstract]:Responsibility is one of the eternal topics in human society, which refers to the obligations, missions, duties and so on of the social individuals or groups in certain social relations under certain social conditions. As the elite group of the society, contemporary college students are the pillars of the country, the hope of the nation and the sense of responsibility should be the important qualities that every contemporary college student must possess. The sense of responsibility of college students is the starting point of doing anything, and the lifeline, core and soul of all kinds of sense of responsibility. However, under the influence of various factors, some college students' sense of responsibility is weakened, the sense of responsibility is not strong, the attitude of due diligence is not correct enough, and the ability of responsibility needs to be further improved. The phenomenon of abnormal behavior occurs from time to time. Therefore, how to strengthen the responsibility education of college students and cultivate more high-quality talents with responsibility in order to build a harmonious society is a problem that should be paid close attention to and solved urgently. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. The second part summarizes the concept of "responsibility", on the basis of the analysis and comparison of "responsibility" in Chinese and western cultures, explains the connotation of "responsibility" and discusses the necessity of human being to bear responsibility. On this basis, this paper puts forward the concept of "responsibility responsibility consciousness", defines the connotation of contemporary college students' responsibility responsibility consciousness, and expounds its basic meaning. Finally, the content and value of contemporary college students' responsibility consciousness cultivation are discussed. The third part analyzes the status quo of contemporary college students'sense of responsibility. This paper analyzes the present situation of contemporary college students' responsibility responsibility consciousness, finds out that the development of contemporary college students' responsibility responsibility consciousness is not consistent with the demands of social progress, and attempts to analyze the causes of the problems through research. The fourth part analyzes the main problems existing in the cultivation of college students' responsibility responsibility. This paper analyzes the causes of college students' lack of sense of responsibility from four aspects: college students themselves, families, schools and society. The fifth part elaborated the contemporary university student to bear the responsibility consciousness to cultivate the way to explore. Through the reason analysis of the fourth part, the author puts forward the corresponding cultivation ways and solutions. Firstly, we should create a good sense of self-responsibility; secondly, we should pay attention to the education of the sense of family responsibility; thirdly, we should strengthen the ideological and political education in colleges and universities; and finally, we should create a good social environment. To strengthen the cultivation of contemporary college students'sense of responsibility. The conclusion part summarizes the full text.
