【摘要】:廣東財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)成立于1983年,2000年創(chuàng)建三水校區(qū),開(kāi)始了兩校區(qū)“2+2”的異地辦學(xué)模式。這有效緩解了學(xué)校辦學(xué)空間的不足,實(shí)現(xiàn)了辦學(xué)規(guī)模的快速增長(zhǎng),同時(shí)面臨因空間分隔而帶來(lái)的文化傳承斷裂、師生交流缺乏、學(xué)生互動(dòng)困難、校園文化和學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)積淀不足等問(wèn)題,而這些問(wèn)題對(duì)學(xué)生的素質(zhì)教育產(chǎn)生了許多內(nèi)生性的影響。為進(jìn)一步消解兩校區(qū)“2+2”異地辦學(xué)模式下素質(zhì)教育內(nèi)生性問(wèn)題的影響,本文圍繞學(xué)生政治思想素質(zhì)、道德法紀(jì)素質(zhì)、科學(xué)人文素質(zhì)、身體心理素質(zhì)以及實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)等狀況,通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷、工作案例以及各類學(xué)生座談情況,探析當(dāng)前三水校區(qū)學(xué)生素質(zhì)教育存在的問(wèn)題,初步剖析產(chǎn)生這些問(wèn)題的原因。同時(shí),本文從校園文化建設(shè)的角度,提出物質(zhì)文化建設(shè)、制度文化建設(shè)、德育文化建設(shè)以及活動(dòng)文化建設(shè)四個(gè)方面的建議,為異地辦學(xué)模式下廣東財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)提升低年級(jí)學(xué)生素質(zhì)提供理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Guangdong University of Finance and Economics was founded in 1983 and Sanshui Campus in 2000. This effectively alleviates the lack of space for running a school, realizes the rapid growth of the scale of running a school, and at the same time faces the cultural heritage and rupture caused by the separation of space, the lack of communication between teachers and students, and the difficulty of student interaction. The campus culture and style of study have not accumulated enough, and these problems have produced many endogenous influences on the quality education of students. In order to further eliminate the influence of the endogenous problems of quality education under the "22" mode of running schools in the two campuses, this paper focuses on the students' political and ideological quality, moral law and discipline quality, scientific and humanistic quality. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality education of students in Sanshui Campus by means of questionnaire, work cases and various kinds of students' discussions, and analyzes the causes of these problems. At the same time, from the point of view of campus culture construction, this paper puts forward four suggestions: material culture construction, system culture construction, moral education culture construction and activity culture construction. It provides theoretical and practical basis for Guangdong University of Finance and Economics to improve the quality of junior students.
