【摘要】：創(chuàng)業(yè)已成為一個全球性的話題,各國政府都開始逐漸認(rèn)識到了創(chuàng)業(yè)的重要性。在當(dāng)下的中國,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度放緩,大學(xué)生就業(yè)困難加劇,使得我國政府和各大高校都在特別積極地倡導(dǎo)大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)和創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)。獨(dú)立學(xué)院作為新型的發(fā)展速度較快的民辦高等院校,是我國高等教育體系的重要組成部分。近幾年越來越多的獨(dú)立學(xué)院開始重視創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng),力推創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的開展,以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意識和創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì),促進(jìn)更多的學(xué)生走上自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的道路。而如何構(gòu)建和優(yōu)化獨(dú)立學(xué)院創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式,以培養(yǎng)出大量的創(chuàng)業(yè)人才就顯得尤為重要。溫州大學(xué)甌江學(xué)院于2000年設(shè)立,2004年被國家教育部批準(zhǔn)為獨(dú)立學(xué)院。甌江學(xué)院是國家級創(chuàng)業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū),是浙江省創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究基地,其創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式在獨(dú)立學(xué)院的創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方面具有典型的代表意義。本研究以溫州大學(xué)甌江學(xué)院創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式為研究對象,具體從其創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式所包含的教育理念、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、專業(yè)設(shè)置、課程、師資、培養(yǎng)途徑、培養(yǎng)制度、培養(yǎng)評價等幾個方面來呈現(xiàn)和分析,綜合運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法、案例研究、調(diào)查研究等方法,論述和探討了甌江學(xué)院創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的歷史生成和實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀,以及其創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的特點(diǎn)、成效和不足,并提出了優(yōu)化甌江學(xué)院創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的原則和可行性策略。溫州大學(xué)甌江學(xué)院的創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究,可以為獨(dú)立學(xué)院創(chuàng)業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)提供一定的方向性指導(dǎo),為獨(dú)立學(xué)院創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的構(gòu)建和優(yōu)化提供參考,從而逐步使獨(dú)立學(xué)院的創(chuàng)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)走上規(guī)范化道路。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship has become a global topic, and governments are beginning to realize the importance of entrepreneurship. In the present China, the economic development is slowing down, and the employment difficulties of college students are becoming more and more serious, which makes the government and universities of our country especially actively advocate the cultivation of college students' independent entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial talents. As a new type of private colleges and universities, independent colleges are an important part of our higher education system. In recent years, more and more independent colleges have begun to attach importance to the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents and push forward the development of entrepreneurship education, in order to cultivate students' entrepreneurial awareness and ability, improve students' comprehensive quality, and promote more students to take the road of independent entrepreneurship. How to construct and optimize the training mode of entrepreneurial talents in independent colleges to cultivate a large number of entrepreneurial talents is particularly important. Oujiang College of Wenzhou University was established in 2000 and approved as an independent college by the Ministry of Education in 2004. Oujiang College is an innovative experimental area of national entrepreneurship education talents training model and a research base of entrepreneurship education in Zhejiang Province. Its entrepreneurial talent training model has a typical representative significance in the field of entrepreneurial talent training in independent colleges. This research takes the entrepreneurial talent training model of Oujiang College of Wenzhou University as the research object, and concretely from its education idea, training goal, specialty setting, curriculum, teachers, training way, training system. This paper discusses and discusses the historical generation and implementation of the entrepreneurial talent training model in Oujiang University by comprehensive use of the methods of literature, case study, investigation, and so on, in order to present and analyze the cultivation and evaluation of the entrepreneurial talents in Oujiang University. And the characteristics, results and shortcomings of its entrepreneurial talent training model, and puts forward the principles and feasible strategies of optimizing the entrepreneurial talent training model in Oujiang University. The research on the training mode of entrepreneurial talents in Oujiang University of Wenzhou University can provide certain directional guidance for the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in independent colleges, and provide a reference for the construction and optimization of entrepreneurial talents training models in independent colleges. In order to gradually make independent college entrepreneurial talent training on a standardized path.
