【摘要】:思想政治教育作為黨和國家的重要思想武器,擔負著傳承中華文化精髓、把握正確思想方向、樹立主流價值觀的重要使命,歷來受到黨和國家的高度重視和直接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。大學(xué)生群體是文化的傳承人和國家建設(shè)的主力軍,他們的歷史使命決定了其必然是思想政治教育的重要客體。我國高校一直以顯性教育為主要教育模式,但新世紀新階段,,國際及國內(nèi)形勢發(fā)生了深刻的變化,大學(xué)生思想政治教育面臨著新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,文化呈現(xiàn)多樣性的發(fā)展,大學(xué)生的思想道德也呈現(xiàn)出獨立、多元、易變的趨勢,新形勢下思想政治教育想要充分發(fā)揮實效性就不能單一地依靠顯性教育,這就要求高校充分運用隱性教育,探索有效的隱性教育方法。隱性教育作為顯性教育的補充,彌補了顯性教育的不足,適應(yīng)當代大學(xué)生的思想特點,避免學(xué)生產(chǎn)生逆反心理,最大的發(fā)揮了思想政治教育作用。 本文對高校隱性教育方法做了一些探討性的研究。文章從隱性教育的內(nèi)涵、特點和功能入手,以隱性教育的內(nèi)隱性、滲透性、平等性、靈活性、持久性、愉悅性為切入點,總結(jié)出隱性教育的四大功能。筆者從現(xiàn)實出發(fā),結(jié)合高校隱性教育的現(xiàn)狀、趨勢和存在的一些問題,借鑒了國外大學(xué)的教育經(jīng)驗。國外大學(xué)注重各個學(xué)科的滲透,環(huán)境的熏陶、課外活動的重要作用以及社會合力,我國應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒這些國外的優(yōu)秀成果。本文嘗試基于以上的研究,探索高校隱性教育的新途徑:首先要適應(yīng)思想政治教育環(huán)境的變化,如體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷、抓好制度建設(shè);其次要從師生關(guān)系環(huán)境、物質(zhì)環(huán)境、思想環(huán)境三個方面入手,營造和諧的隱性教育環(huán)境;三是探索有效的教育途徑,例如豐富的校園環(huán)境,榜樣的示范,載體建設(shè)等,筆者將同輩群體作為本文創(chuàng)新點,探索同輩群體對學(xué)生思想道德形成的刺激作用;最后,本文大膽地借鑒國外經(jīng)驗,將先進經(jīng)驗做到“洋為中用”。
[Abstract]:As an important ideological weapon of the Party and the country, ideological and political education has always been highly valued and directly led by the Party and the country for its important mission of inheriting the essence of Chinese culture, grasping the correct ideological direction and establishing the mainstream values. College students are the main force of cultural inheritance and national construction. Their historical mission determines that college students must be the important object of ideological and political education. The dominant education has always been the main mode of education in China, but in the new century and new stage, the international and domestic situation has undergone profound changes, and the ideological and political education of college students is facing new opportunities and challenges. With the development of social economy and the diversity of culture, the ideological and moral of college students also presents an independent, pluralistic and changeable trend. Under the new situation, if ideological and political education wants to give full play to its effectiveness, it cannot rely solely on explicit education. This requires colleges and universities to make full use of recessive education and explore effective methods of recessive education. As a supplement of explicit education, recessive education makes up for the deficiency of explicit education, adapts to the ideological characteristics of contemporary college students, avoids the students' adverse psychology, and plays the biggest role in ideological and political education. This paper makes some exploratory research on the methods of recessive education in colleges and universities. Starting with the connotation, characteristics and functions of recessive education, this paper sums up the four functions of recessive education from the perspective of recessive education, permeability, equality, flexibility, persistence and pleasure. The author starts from the reality, combines the present situation, the tendency and some existing problems of the recessive education in colleges and universities, and draws lessons from the educational experience of foreign universities. Foreign universities pay attention to the infiltration of various disciplines, the influence of environment, the important role of extracurricular activities and social cooperation. Based on the above research, this paper attempts to explore new approaches to hidden education in colleges and universities: first, to adapt to the changes in the environment of ideological and political education, such as to embody humanistic concern, and to do a good job in the construction of the system, secondly, from the environment of teacher-student relations and the material environment, The third is to explore effective educational approaches, such as abundant campus environment, model demonstration, carrier construction and so on. The author regards the peer group as the innovation point of this paper. This paper explores the stimulating effect of peer groups on the formation of students' ideology and morality, and finally, this paper boldly draws on foreign experience and makes advanced experience "foreign as the middle use".
