【摘要】：百年大計(jì)，教育為本。要實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族的復(fù)興，實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家的富強(qiáng)昌盛，人才培養(yǎng)是關(guān)鍵。而大學(xué)生管理則對(duì)高校人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量起著重要作用。新時(shí)期，黨和國(guó)家立足當(dāng)代社會(huì)發(fā)展，對(duì)大學(xué)生管理提出了更高的要求和創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)造。本文正是根據(jù)黨和國(guó)家的要求，對(duì)目前出現(xiàn)的高校學(xué)生社區(qū)式管理——這種創(chuàng)新管理進(jìn)行梳理分析。 本文首先對(duì)高校學(xué)生管理進(jìn)行了概述，分析了高校學(xué)生管理的涵義，考察了高校學(xué)生管理的發(fā)展歷史，并根據(jù)自己的所見(jiàn)所聞所感提出了高校學(xué)生管理現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題與創(chuàng)新方向，認(rèn)為高校學(xué)生社區(qū)式管理是未來(lái)學(xué)生管理的一種非常好的嘗試，一個(gè)發(fā)展的方向。接著，就高校學(xué)生社區(qū)式管理的涵義、特征和優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行了分析闡述。通過(guò)仔細(xì)的研究，本文中將高校學(xué)生社區(qū)式管理的運(yùn)行機(jī)制理念、原則進(jìn)行了整理提煉，并思考探索規(guī)范了高校學(xué)生社區(qū)式管理運(yùn)行機(jī)制的內(nèi)容，并著重從自主管理和服務(wù)管理兩個(gè)方面分析了高校學(xué)生社區(qū)式管理運(yùn)行。 最后，本文除了理論總結(jié)分析外，還提出了關(guān)于高校學(xué)生社區(qū)式管理發(fā)展的幾條建議：第一，引入競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，后勤服務(wù)質(zhì)量有提升；第二，制度建設(shè)急待完善；第三，完善管理隊(duì)伍，提升管理隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)；第四，加大學(xué)生自治力度，不放松監(jiān)控、引導(dǎo)；第五，，發(fā)揮現(xiàn)代科技的力量。 高校學(xué)生社區(qū)式管理目前還屬于剛剛起步階段，還不是非常完善、非常成功，仍需要我們不斷探索、思考。
[Abstract]:Education is the foundation of a hundred-year plan. To achieve the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the prosperity of the country, talent training is the key. On the other hand, the management of college students plays an important role in the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. In the new period, the Party and the country base themselves on the development of contemporary society and put forward higher requirements and innovations to the management of college students. According to the requirements of the Party and the country, this paper analyzes the community-based management of college students. This paper first summarizes the management of college students, analyzes the meaning of the management of college students, inspects the history of the development of the management of students in colleges and universities, and puts forward the existing problems and innovative direction of the management of students in colleges and universities according to what they have seen and heard. It is considered that the community management of college students is a very good attempt and a developing direction in the future. Then, the meaning, characteristics and advantages of community management of college students are analyzed and expounded. Through careful research, this paper refines the concept and principle of the operation mechanism of college students' community management, and explores the contents of standardizing the running mechanism of college students' community management. And analyzes the university student community management operation emphatically from two aspects of independent management and service management. Finally, in addition to theoretical summary and analysis, this paper also puts forward several suggestions on the development of college students' community management: first, introducing competition, improving the quality of logistics service; second, the system construction needs to be improved urgently; third, Improve the management team, improve the quality of the management team; fourth, add university students autonomy, do not relax the monitoring, guidance; fifthly, play the power of modern science and technology. College student community management is still in its infancy, which is not perfect and successful. It still needs us to explore and think about it.
