【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育取得了顯著成績(jī),尤其在院校數(shù)量、學(xué)生規(guī)模、辦學(xué)形式等方面發(fā)展迅速。河北省積極落實(shí)國(guó)家高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,推進(jìn)高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育發(fā)展,堅(jiān)持走內(nèi)涵發(fā)展道路,不斷適應(yīng)社會(huì)需求,醫(yī)學(xué)院校和醫(yī)學(xué)人才數(shù)量逐步增加,在學(xué)科建設(shè)以及教學(xué)管理等方面取得了一定的成績(jī)。同時(shí),由于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡,基礎(chǔ)實(shí)力相對(duì)薄弱,因而造成河北省高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育辦學(xué)條件差、教育層次偏低、專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、區(qū)域發(fā)展不平衡等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,河北省不斷推進(jìn)高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育改革,優(yōu)化資源配置和教育結(jié)構(gòu),理順管理體制,建立高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)督機(jī)制。本研究主要從層次結(jié)構(gòu)、專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、區(qū)域結(jié)構(gòu)、師資結(jié)構(gòu)、辦學(xué)規(guī)模等方面分析河北省高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,提出以下建議:堅(jiān)持服務(wù)社會(huì)原則,明確辦學(xué)思路,確定辦學(xué)定位,培養(yǎng)不同層次醫(yī)學(xué)人才;完善醫(yī)學(xué)教育政策和體制,加大資金投入,改善辦學(xué)條件;不斷調(diào)整高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育規(guī)模,壓縮專(zhuān)科醫(yī)學(xué)教育學(xué)生數(shù)量、擴(kuò)大本科和研究生教育規(guī)模;對(duì)接社會(huì)需求,建立河北省特色的醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)科;不斷更新培養(yǎng)模式,深化辦學(xué)體制和教學(xué)方法改革,加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提升教學(xué)水平;優(yōu)化資源配置,平衡區(qū)域高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育師資力量,促進(jìn)河北省高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育的科學(xué)、健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy, China's higher medical education has made remarkable achievements, especially in the number of colleges, student size, school form and other aspects of rapid development. Hebei Province has actively implemented the national development strategy of higher medical education, promoted the development of higher medical education, adhered to the road of connotation development, constantly adapted to the needs of society, and gradually increased the number of medical academies and medical talents. Some achievements have been made in subject construction and teaching management. At the same time, because of the imbalance of economic development and the relative weakness of the basic strength, the higher medical education in Hebei Province has poor running conditions, low educational level, unreasonable professional structure, unbalanced regional development and so on. In view of these problems, Hebei Province promotes the reform of higher medical education, optimizes the allocation of resources and educational structure, straightens out the management system, and establishes the quality supervision mechanism of higher medical education. This study mainly analyzes the current situation and problems of higher medical education in Hebei Province from the aspects of hierarchy structure, specialty structure, regional structure, teacher structure, school-running scale and so on, and puts forward the following suggestions: adhere to the principle of serving the society and make clear the train of thought of running a school. To determine the orientation of running a school, to train medical talents at different levels, to perfect the policy and system of medical education, to increase the investment of funds, to improve the conditions for running a school, to constantly adjust the scale of higher medical education, and to reduce the number of medical students in specialized medical education, To expand the scale of undergraduate and graduate education, to meet the social needs, to establish the medical discipline with the characteristics of Hebei Province, to constantly renew the training model, to deepen the reform of the school system and teaching methods, to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, and to enhance the teaching level. Optimize the allocation of resources, balance the teachers of regional higher medical education, and promote the scientific and healthy development of higher medical education in Hebei Province.
