【摘要】：隨著知識經(jīng)濟時代的到來,用工單位對人才需求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不斷提高,不但要求員工具備過硬的專業(yè)技能,而且需要他們具備較高的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。作為培養(yǎng)高端人才的主陣地,高校除了對大學(xué)生進行專業(yè)知識的教育以外,還必須高度重視他們的職業(yè)道德培養(yǎng)。自從改革開放以來,中國社會在取得巨大成就的同時也出現(xiàn)了大量道德失范現(xiàn)象。諸如學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域的抄襲剽竊、工程技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的偷工減料、食品服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的以次充好都在向我們發(fā)出道德危機的警告。目前,中國高等院校,對大學(xué)生專業(yè)知識和技能的培養(yǎng)已具備較完整的體系,而針對學(xué)生的職業(yè)道德教育卻零星殘缺,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠。職業(yè)道德的教育直接關(guān)系到大學(xué)生的職業(yè)發(fā)展前景和用人單位對高校畢業(yè)生的評價,因此加強大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育已刻不容緩�；谏鲜鲈�,筆者采取訪談、問卷等方式對河南省23家企業(yè)的163名不同階層員工,以及河南理工大學(xué)不同專業(yè)、不同年級的400名在校大學(xué)生進行了調(diào)查。通過對員工職業(yè)道德現(xiàn)狀、企業(yè)用人需求、在校大學(xué)生對職業(yè)道德的認(rèn)識和儲備現(xiàn)狀,以及學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育模式等維度的調(diào)研,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn),高校在職業(yè)道德教育中的地位和作用是不可或缺的。在這一調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者借鑒管理心理學(xué)的概念與思路,提出以心理契約為視角,在與大學(xué)生達成約定保證積極態(tài)度的基礎(chǔ)上進行職業(yè)道德教育,進而探索大學(xué)生職業(yè)道德培養(yǎng)的新方式。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, the standard of the demand for talents in the employment units has been raised constantly, which not only requires the employees to have excellent professional skills, but also requires them to have higher professional literacy.As the main position of cultivating high-end talents, colleges and universities should attach great importance to the cultivation of professional ethics in addition to the education of professional knowledge for college students.Since the reform and opening up, China has made great achievements, but also a large number of moral anomie phenomenon.Plagiarism in academic fields, jerry-building in engineering and technology, and substandard food services are warning us of a moral crisis.At present, Chinese colleges and universities have a relatively complete system for the cultivation of college students' professional knowledge and skills, but the professional ethics education for students is fragmentary and far from enough.The education of professional ethics is directly related to the prospect of college students' professional development and the evaluation of college graduates by employers, so it is urgent to strengthen the education of college students' professional ethics.Based on the above reasons, the author investigated 163 employees from 23 enterprises in Henan Province, and 400 college students from different majors and grades in Henan University of Technology by means of interviews and questionnaires.Based on the investigation of the status quo of employees' professional ethics, the needs of enterprises, the understanding and reserve status of college students' professional ethics, and the mode of professional ethics education in schools, the author finds that,The position and function of colleges and universities in professional ethics education is indispensable.On the basis of this investigation, the author draws lessons from the concept and train of thought of management psychology, and proposes to carry on the professional ethics education on the basis of reaching an agreement with college students to ensure a positive attitude from the perspective of psychological contract.And then explore the new way of cultivating college students' professional ethics.
