【摘要】：大學(xué)文化危機(jī)促使大學(xué)文化研究成為大學(xué)改革與發(fā)展中不可避免的一環(huán),而文化生態(tài)學(xué)的蓬勃發(fā)展不僅為大學(xué)文化研究提供了嶄新的視角,更為大學(xué)的人性化發(fā)展提供了理論借鑒。本文從文化生態(tài)視角研究大學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,深化了高等教育人性化理論；從人性化的視角分析大學(xué)文化生態(tài)的發(fā)展方向,描繪了大學(xué)文化生態(tài)的人性化發(fā)展之路。 大學(xué)文化生態(tài)即大學(xué)文化之生態(tài),是大學(xué)文化生存和發(fā)展的狀態(tài),顯示出大學(xué)人的精神世界的總體狀況,因此大學(xué)文化生態(tài)在深層次上顯示的是大學(xué)人之人性存在模式。大學(xué)文化生態(tài)包括大學(xué)內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)各文化要素之間、大學(xué)文化與其他文化種類之間的關(guān)系,關(guān)系的失衡導(dǎo)致危機(jī)的出現(xiàn)。大學(xué)文化生態(tài)的問(wèn)題本質(zhì)上是文化危機(jī)與人性危機(jī)的相互引發(fā),這也成為大學(xué)需要人性化發(fā)展的根本原因,因此大學(xué)文化生態(tài)的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展必然也需要是人性化的。大學(xué)教育人性化是在人性化理念的指導(dǎo)下,建立大學(xué)人性化發(fā)展模式和人性化的文化環(huán)境,使大學(xué)教育按照有利于人性發(fā)展的方向改變和轉(zhuǎn)化。良好的大學(xué)文化生態(tài)能夠促進(jìn)大學(xué)教育的人性化,而人性化的大學(xué)教育又能促進(jìn)大學(xué)文化生態(tài)的平衡發(fā)展,兩者既相互促進(jìn),又不可分割。文化系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和人性整體的發(fā)展需要,是大學(xué)文化生態(tài)人性化發(fā)展背后的兩個(gè)決定因素,兩者共同規(guī)定了大學(xué)文化生態(tài)人性化發(fā)展的內(nèi)容和特性,這在人性化大學(xué)文化生態(tài)的構(gòu)建中起到基本的規(guī)范作用。 大學(xué)文化生態(tài)人性化的提出基于對(duì)大學(xué)文化現(xiàn)狀的思考,而所有的問(wèn)題概而括之就是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)人性危機(jī)與中國(guó)大學(xué)文化危機(jī)相互勾結(jié),形成了不利于我國(guó)大學(xué)發(fā)展的文化生態(tài)。文化生態(tài)本質(zhì)上是對(duì)各種關(guān)系的認(rèn)識(shí)和歸納,處理好各種關(guān)系是文化人生存和發(fā)展的前提。因此重視對(duì)大學(xué)內(nèi)外各種關(guān)系的調(diào)整,才能建立人性化的大學(xué)文化生態(tài),通過(guò)重建大學(xué)精神家園更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)文化育人。
[Abstract]:The crisis of university culture promotes the study of university culture to become an inevitable link in the reform and development of university, and the flourishing development of cultural ecology not only provides a new angle of view for the study of university culture.The humanized development of the university provides theoretical reference.This paper studies the present situation of university from the angle of cultural ecology, deepens the theory of humanization of higher education, analyzes the development direction of university cultural ecology from the perspective of humanization, and describes the road of humanized development of university cultural ecology.The cultural ecology of university is the ecology of university culture, which is the state of existence and development of university culture, and shows the overall situation of the spiritual world of university people. Therefore, the university cultural ecology shows the existence mode of human nature of university people on a deep level.The cultural ecology of university includes the relationship between various cultural elements in the university system and between university culture and other kinds of culture. The imbalance of the relationship leads to the emergence of crisis.The problem of university cultural ecology is the mutual cause of cultural crisis and human nature crisis, which becomes the basic reason for the university to develop humanized, so the dynamic development of university cultural ecology must also be humanized.Under the guidance of humanization concept, the humanization of university education is to establish the humanized development mode and cultural environment of the university, so that the university education can be changed and transformed according to the direction beneficial to the development of human nature.The good university culture ecology can promote the humanization of the university education, and the humanized university education can promote the balanced development of the university culture ecology.The development characteristics of the cultural system and the needs of the overall development of human nature are the two decisive factors behind the humanization development of the university culture and ecology, which together define the contents and characteristics of the humanized development of the university cultural ecology.This plays a basic normative role in the construction of humanized university cultural ecology.The humanization of university culture and ecology is based on the consideration of the present situation of university culture, and all the problems include the collusion between the crisis of human nature in modern society and the crisis of Chinese university culture, which is not conducive to the development of Chinese universities.In essence, cultural ecology is the understanding and induction of various relationships, and handling them well is the prerequisite for the survival and development of cultural people.Therefore, only by attaching importance to the adjustment of various relationships between the university and the outside, can we establish the humanized university cultural ecology and better realize the university culture education through the reconstruction of the university spiritual home.
