【摘要】：目前,大學(xué)校園兼職存在問題是:大學(xué)生機遇和風(fēng)險同在;兼職單位信息的準(zhǔn)確和規(guī)范;校園兼職O2O模式缺乏創(chuàng)新。解決這些問題,需要大學(xué)生三思而后行,兼職單位提高有效信息,校園兼職O2O平臺個性化打造和建立信用記錄。以上海金融學(xué)院為例,校園O2O可在很大程度上整合有效信息渠道,將信息更加集中全面地反映給全校的大學(xué)生。在客戶端的設(shè)計中設(shè)置個人資料存檔和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建立填寫,讓用戶報名更加簡單,用完善的個人資料、簡歷、評級來讓企業(yè)在線上選人。開設(shè)四個模塊,分別是勤工助學(xué)、實習(xí)、兼職和交互板塊,以便其更好地利用這些平臺。
[Abstract]:At present, the problems of campus part-time are: the opportunity and risk of college students are the same, the information of part-time units is accurate and standard, and the O2O mode of campus part-time is lack of innovation.To solve these problems, it is necessary for college students to think twice, part-time units to improve effective information, campus part-time O2O platform personalized creation and establish credit records.Taking Shanghai Institute of Finance as an example, O2O can to a large extent integrate the effective information channels and reflect the information to the college students.In the design of the client set up personal data archiving and the establishment of the standard filling, so that the user registration more simple, with perfect personal data, resumes, ratings to allow enterprises to choose online.Set up four modules, one for part-time study, one for internships, one for part-time work and one for interaction, to make better use of these platforms.
