成都市高校農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)心理研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)改革開放的深入,對(duì)于高等教育的需要不斷增長(zhǎng),高校擴(kuò)招和畢業(yè)生就業(yè)市場(chǎng)體制逐步確立。大學(xué)生就業(yè)形勢(shì)也日趨嚴(yán)峻,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的職業(yè)取向正在發(fā)生著根本性的改變,因理想與現(xiàn)實(shí)的差距,導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生就業(yè)心理問題日益顯著。由于供需矛盾不斷加大,農(nóng)林高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)壓力也在不斷增加。因而,研究農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)心理特征以及影響因素,對(duì)于今后進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)學(xué)生就業(yè)、擇業(yè)方面的心理健康教育將具有十分重要的意義。本文試圖通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法以及比較分析法等研究方法,比較全面的開展農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)心理特征以及影響因素等方面的研究,以便為更好的指導(dǎo)高校農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)和擇業(yè)提供一些建議和方法,防止畢業(yè)生不正常心理的產(chǎn)生。本文共分為六個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論,對(duì)立論依據(jù)、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法、技術(shù)路線等做出闡述。第二部分為相關(guān)概念和理論綜述,共分為兩節(jié),一是闡述相關(guān)概念,包括擇業(yè)、擇業(yè)心理及擇業(yè)價(jià)值觀等;二是對(duì)理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行介紹,主要包括動(dòng)機(jī)理論、需求層次理論、擇業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)理論以及自我效能理論等。第三部分主要是對(duì)成都市農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)心理的調(diào)查。調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示,工資水平和穩(wěn)定程度是影響農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生職業(yè)選擇的主要因素。從工資水平來說,更多的農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生傾向于大中城市:從穩(wěn)定度來說,更多的畢業(yè)生傾向于選擇事業(yè)單位、政府機(jī)關(guān)。第四部分主要從人格維度、認(rèn)知維度、情緒情感維度以及社會(huì)心理維度等方面,對(duì)成都市農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生選擇職業(yè)時(shí)的不健康心理狀況進(jìn)行分析。第五部分是對(duì)成都市農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)心理特點(diǎn)及成因的分析。通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),影響大學(xué)生擇業(yè)心理的因素,既包括職業(yè)價(jià)值取向、個(gè)人特征及就業(yè)準(zhǔn)備等主觀因素,也包含家庭影響、學(xué)校教育及社會(huì)環(huán)境等客觀因素。第六部分,主要是針對(duì)第五部分的內(nèi)容,對(duì)成都市農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)心理的疏導(dǎo)提出一些建議,認(rèn)為要想有效解決農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)心理問題,應(yīng)該從加強(qiáng)高校的教育引導(dǎo)和大學(xué)生進(jìn)行自我心理調(diào)適入手。農(nóng)林專業(yè)相對(duì)比較特殊,農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的專業(yè)特長(zhǎng)能否正常發(fā)揮和施展,對(duì)于促進(jìn)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,確保國(guó)家糧食安全,甚至國(guó)家安全穩(wěn)定等具有重要意義。高校畢業(yè)生數(shù)量的急劇增長(zhǎng),導(dǎo)致就業(yè)壓力增大,容易產(chǎn)生就業(yè)心理負(fù)擔(dān)。作為高校和政府有關(guān)部門,要加強(qiáng)對(duì)農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)心理的輔導(dǎo),要根據(jù)農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的專業(yè)特點(diǎn)和心理特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行及時(shí)且有針對(duì)性的引導(dǎo)。作為畢業(yè)生,在面對(duì)就業(yè)壓力和擇業(yè)矛盾時(shí),要學(xué)會(huì)自我調(diào)適?傊,對(duì)農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)心理問題進(jìn)行認(rèn)真分析,加強(qiáng)就業(yè)心理的輔導(dǎo),將有利于農(nóng)林專業(yè)畢業(yè)生順利就業(yè),也為高校開展學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)和心理健康教育提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening-up, the need for higher education is growing, college enrollment and graduate employment market system has been gradually established. The employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious, occupation orientation of contemporary college students are undergoing fundamental change, because of the gap between ideal and reality, leading to the employment psychological problems of college students because of supply and demand is increasingly significant. The contradiction between increasing forestry college graduates employment pressure is also increasing. Therefore, study on the factors of professional forestry Graduates Psychological Characteristics and influence, to further strengthen the student employment, will be of great significance to employment psychological health education. This article through the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey and comparison analysis and other research methods, comprehensively carry out professional forestry Graduates Psychological Characteristics and influence factors The study, in order to better guide the College of forestry graduates employment and employment to provide some suggestions and methods to prevent abnormal graduates psychology. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, on the theoretical basis, research status and research contents, research methods, technical route to make paper. The second part is the related concepts and theories, it is divided into two sections, one is to explain the related concepts, including employment, employment psychology and career values; the two is on the theoretical basis of introduction, including motivation theory, hierarchy of needs theory, career motivation theory and self-efficacy theory. The third part is the employment psychology investigation of Chengdu city forestry graduates. The survey results show that the wage level and degree of stability are the main factors influencing forestry graduates occupation choice. From the wage level Say, more professional forestry graduates tend to large and medium-sized city: from the stability, more graduates prefer institutions and government agencies. The fourth part mainly from the personality dimension, cognitive dimension, emotional dimension and social psychological aspects and so on, urban forestry and professional graduates choose unhealthy psychological status of occupation analysis. The fifth part is the analysis of Chengdu city agricultural professional graduates psychological characteristics and causes. The analysis found that the influence of psychological factors of college students, including the occupation value orientation, personal characteristics and job readiness and other subjective factors, including the influence of family, school and social environment and other objective factors. The sixth part is the main according to the fifth part, employment psychological counseling and puts forward some suggestions on the Chengdu municipal forestry graduates, think that in order to effectively solve the agricultural The psychological problems of employment of graduates from the forest, should strengthen the education and guidance of students' psychological adjustment. Professional forestry is relatively special, and graduates of the specialty can normally play and play in promoting China's agricultural development, to ensure national food security, national security and stability is of great significance. The rapid growth of the number of college graduates, the employment pressure increases, prone to employment psychological burden. As universities and government departments, to strengthen the employment psychology of graduates of professional forestry guidance, according to the professional characteristics and psychological characteristics of agriculture and forestry graduates, timely and targeted guidance.
