【摘要】：課外學(xué)習(xí)是指在正規(guī)課堂教學(xué)之外發(fā)生的,通過非教學(xué)性質(zhì)的社會(huì)交往來傳遞和滲透知識(shí),由學(xué)習(xí)者自我發(fā)起、自我調(diào)控、自我負(fù)責(zé)的學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)。現(xiàn)有研究表明,課外學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)促進(jìn)學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成功和全面發(fā)展以及大學(xué)教育目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有重要作用,是大學(xué)培養(yǎng)“完整的人”的重要途徑。美國大學(xué)把課外學(xué)習(xí)作為全人教育的必要組成部分。美國大學(xué)的課外學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容豐富、體系完整,注重課堂教學(xué)和課外學(xué)習(xí)的溝通融合,把課外學(xué)習(xí)作為培養(yǎng)“全人”的重要手段。相比之下,在我國大學(xué)教育中,課外學(xué)習(xí)并未受到應(yīng)有的重視,課外學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)形式單一、參與率低、缺乏指導(dǎo),且少有學(xué)者把它與大學(xué)全人教育聯(lián)系起來。本文在歸納整理全人教育和課外學(xué)習(xí)理論和實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒美國大學(xué)課外學(xué)習(xí)的發(fā)展,針對(duì)我國大學(xué)課外學(xué)習(xí)的問題,提出了改進(jìn)我國大學(xué)課外學(xué)習(xí),完善全人教育的若干對(duì)策,即正確認(rèn)識(shí)課外學(xué)習(xí)的價(jià)值；完善課外學(xué)習(xí)體系；強(qiáng)化課堂教學(xué)與課外學(xué)習(xí)的聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:Extracurricular learning is a kind of learning activity, which occurs outside the formal classroom teaching, transmits and penetrates knowledge through non-teaching nature of social communication, and is initiated, self-regulated and self-responsible by the learners.Current studies show that extracurricular learning experience plays an important role in promoting students' academic success and all-round development and the realization of university education goals, and is an important way for universities to cultivate "complete people".American universities make extracurricular learning a necessary part of holistic education.The extracurricular learning in American universities is rich in content and complete in system. It pays attention to the communication and fusion of classroom teaching and extracurricular learning, and regards extracurricular learning as an important means to cultivate "whole person".In contrast, in our university education, extracurricular learning has not received due attention, the form of extracurricular learning activities is single, the participation rate is low, lack of guidance, and few scholars connect it with the whole human education.On the basis of summing up the theory and practice of whole-person education and extracurricular learning, and drawing lessons from the development of extra-curricular learning in American universities, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve extracurricular learning in Chinese universities.Some countermeasures to perfect whole person education are to understand the value of extracurricular learning, to perfect the system of extracurricular learning, and to strengthen the relationship between classroom teaching and extracurricular learning.
