【摘要】：高校思想政治教育在現(xiàn)代教育體系中占有十分重要的地位，其中對于大學生非智力因素的培養(yǎng)是高校思想政治教育的重中之重，決定著大學生在高等教育下是否能夠得到全面的發(fā)展。可以說，增加非智力因素培養(yǎng)在高校思想政治教育中的比重，并把非智力因素的相關理論成功地運用到高校思想政治教育的實踐中去，是高校思想政治教育獲得成功的保障。 在社會高速發(fā)展的今天，良好的思想政治教育成為保障健康有序的經(jīng)濟生產(chǎn)和生活的重要力量。尤其是對處于社會精英人群的高校在校大學生進行思想政治教育工作，就顯得尤為重要。要成為合格的社會需要的人才，大學生應該得到智力和非智力兩個方面的全方位發(fā)展。然而傳統(tǒng)的思想政治教育往往只關注學生智力因素的提高而相對忽視了學生非智力因素的培養(yǎng)，由此導致了思想政治教育沒有達到應有的效果。 非智力因素不直接參與人的認知活動的過程，而是在人的認知活動中起協(xié)調和導向的作用。本文以心理學的理論為主要理論依據(jù)，將心理學中的需求、動機、興趣、情感、意志力以及性格等因素與高校思想政治教育工作的實踐相結合，，在指導實踐的同時，也用實踐來檢驗理論的合理性，提升高校思想政治教育的針對性和實效性，最終達到高校思想政治教育工作的創(chuàng)新和全面地培養(yǎng)大學生的目的。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education in colleges and universities occupies a very important position in the modern educational system, among which the cultivation of non-intellectual factors for college students is the most important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It determines whether college students can develop in an all-round way under higher education.It can be said that increasing the proportion of the cultivation of non-intellectual factors in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and applying the related theories of non-intellectual factors successfully to the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the guarantee for the success of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.With the rapid development of society, good ideological and political education has become an important force to ensure healthy and orderly economic production and life.Especially, it is very important to carry out ideological and political education to the college students who are in the social elite.In order to become qualified talents, college students should develop both intelligence and non-intelligence.However, the traditional ideological and political education only pays attention to the improvement of students' intelligence factors, and neglects the cultivation of students' non-intelligence factors, which leads to the ideological and political education has not achieved the desired results.Non-intelligence factors do not directly participate in the process of cognitive activities, but play a coordinating and guiding role in human cognitive activities.Based on the theory of psychology, this paper combines the demand, motivation, interest, emotion, willpower and character in psychology with the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Practice is also used to test the rationality of the theory, to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and finally to achieve the goal of innovating the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities and cultivating college students in an all-round way.
