【摘要】：誠信是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德,在我國悠久的歷史文化中占有十分重要的地位。伴隨著時代的發(fā)展和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),誠信這一傳統(tǒng)道德也被賦予了豐富的內(nèi)涵。自十八大以來,國家主席習(xí)近平從歷史的高度提出了“社會主義核心價值觀”的概念,并做出相應(yīng)部署,他強(qiáng)調(diào)要高度重視培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀。24字核心價值觀集中體現(xiàn)了社會主義國家公民的基本價值追求和道德準(zhǔn)則要求。誠信作為核心價值觀的主要內(nèi)容之一,成為人們共同關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。我們不難發(fā)現(xiàn),現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中部分大學(xué)生不同程度上存在著誠信意識淡薄的現(xiàn)象,失信行為頻頻發(fā)生,大學(xué)生的誠信意識和誠信行為都面臨著嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)。大學(xué)生是寶貴的人才資源,擔(dān)負(fù)著建設(shè)中國特色社會主義偉大事業(yè)的歷史使命,他們誠信品行的好壞,會直接關(guān)系著中華民族偉大復(fù)興的“中國夢”和兩個一百年奮斗目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。因此,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行誠信教育,已成為高校迫切需要解決的問題。本文主要通過文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、比較法、歸納總結(jié)法進(jìn)行分析研究。通過文獻(xiàn)法大量收集國內(nèi)外在本研究領(lǐng)域的成果,并對其進(jìn)行認(rèn)真研究和分析,從而歸納總結(jié)出目前研究狀況和發(fā)展趨勢,為論文的進(jìn)一步研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。通過問卷調(diào)查法對西安科技大學(xué)、西安建筑科技大學(xué)、長安大學(xué)、西北政法大學(xué)、西安外國語大學(xué)五所高校的500名學(xué)生和100名教師進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計和分析,在借鑒相關(guān)學(xué)者已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,筆者認(rèn)為新時期大學(xué)生誠信教育存在的主要問題表現(xiàn)為誠信理念教育缺失、教育內(nèi)容與時代脫節(jié)、教育重理論輕實(shí)踐、教育的實(shí)效性不強(qiáng)、教育者的重視度不夠、缺乏科學(xué)合理的評價激勵制度等幾方面,并對其產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了分析,最后有針對性地提出了大學(xué)生誠信教育的路徑:(1)提升教育理念,教育與自我教育相結(jié)合;(2)豐富誠信教育內(nèi)容,注重有效性;(3)探索誠信教育新途徑,注重實(shí)效性;(4)加強(qiáng)高校教師隊伍建設(shè);(5)建立與時俱進(jìn)的管理制度;(6)優(yōu)化誠信教育環(huán)境。以期為新時期大學(xué)生誠信教育的發(fā)展盡自己的微薄之力。
[Abstract]:Honesty is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation and occupies a very important position in our country's long history and culture.With the development of the times and the advancement of the socialist modernization process, the traditional morality of honesty has been endowed with rich connotations.Since the 18th National Congress, President Xi Jinping has put forward the concept of "socialist core values" from the height of history and made corresponding arrangements.He stressed that we should attach great importance to the cultivation and practice of socialist core values.As one of the main contents of core values, honesty has become the focus of common concern.It is not difficult to find that some college students in real life have the phenomenon of weak sense of honesty to varying degrees, the behavior of dishonesty occurs frequently, and the honesty awareness and behavior of college students are all facing a severe test.College students are valuable human resources and shoulder the historical mission of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.Will be directly related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation "Chinese Dream" and the realization of two hundred-year goals.Therefore, strengthening the honesty education of college students has become an urgent problem to be solved in colleges and universities.This article mainly through the literature method, the questionnaire survey method, the comparison method, the induction summary method carries on the analysis research.This paper collects a large number of domestic and foreign achievements in this field through literature method, and makes a careful study and analysis of them, and concludes the current research situation and development trend, which lays a theoretical foundation for the further study of this paper.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 500 students and 100 teachers from Xi'an University of Science and Technology, Xi'an University of Architecture and Science and Technology, Chang'an University, Northwest University of political Science and Law, and Xi'an Foreign Studies University.Based on the research results of relevant scholars, the author thinks that the main problems in honesty education of college students in the new period are the lack of honesty education, the disconnection between the education content and the times, and the emphasis on theory and practice in education.The actual effect of education is not strong, the attention of educators is not enough, the scientific and reasonable evaluation incentive system is lacking, and the causes are analyzed.Finally, the paper puts forward the path of honesty education for college students: 1) to promote the concept of education, to combine education with self-education, to enrich the content of honesty education, and 3) to explore new approaches to honesty education.(4) strengthening the construction of teachers in colleges and universities. (5) establishing a management system that keeps pace with the times; (6) optimizing the environment of honesty and credit education.With a view to the development of honesty and credit education for college students in the new era to do their modest contribution.
