財(cái)經(jīng)類專業(yè)大學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀對(duì)就業(yè)選擇的影響研究

【摘要】:職業(yè)價(jià)值觀對(duì)就業(yè)選擇的影響研究在西方的心理學(xué)界不算是個(gè)新命題,然而根據(jù)我國(guó)客觀情況進(jìn)行的研究卻是寥寥無幾我國(guó)大學(xué)生對(duì)于就業(yè)選擇的理解與國(guó)外成型的職業(yè)選擇理論間有著巨大的差異,這種差異本身不禁讓人思索其形成的原因,可能是中西方文化差異造成,,也可能是理論與實(shí)際之間的差異所造成如何更有效地探究一個(gè)群體的某些特征,就顯得非常重要在經(jīng)歷了一次次的問卷修訂與數(shù)據(jù)分析之后,最終得到了一份較為滿意的答案 本文基于職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的相關(guān)理論,同時(shí)參考職業(yè)價(jià)值觀對(duì)于就業(yè)行為的影響的相關(guān)理論,廣泛吸納各個(gè)時(shí)期的理論,形成了一套獨(dú)有的對(duì)于職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的理解方式本文認(rèn)為,職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的劃分不應(yīng)囿于某個(gè)框架內(nèi),使被調(diào)查對(duì)象的數(shù)據(jù)去生硬地證明這個(gè)框架,而應(yīng)在借鑒前人理論研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,嚴(yán)格尊重客觀事實(shí),以求得到最新鮮的數(shù)據(jù),并得到客觀可靠的結(jié)論一次次的調(diào)查失敗迫使筆者最終選擇了借鑒經(jīng)典,走自己的路 在借鑒了國(guó)內(nèi)較為權(quán)威的寧維衛(wèi)修改Super職業(yè)價(jià)值觀量表,并在此基礎(chǔ)上不斷修訂,這使得本文在理論上保證了最終量表的可靠性和全面性分析數(shù)據(jù)時(shí),本文并沒有將寧維衛(wèi)修改Super量表的15個(gè)指標(biāo)生硬地套在調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)之上,而是根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)本身的變化,重新對(duì)職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的量表進(jìn)行劃分,從而得到9個(gè)指標(biāo):α1(權(quán)威與挑戰(zhàn)性);α2(新鮮感);α3(自由感與人際和諧);α4(利他性與平等性);α5(薪酬與舒適環(huán)境);α6(安全性);α7(工作效率與組織能力);α8(聲望與成就);α9(階段性認(rèn)可與自主性)這樣就保證了數(shù)據(jù)被客觀地描述,并得出有效的結(jié)論個(gè)案訪談也為本文問卷的設(shè)計(jì)加入了新鮮元素,使得問卷當(dāng)中本來生硬的表達(dá)方式更加符合當(dāng)前大學(xué)生的思維習(xí)慣,就業(yè)選擇方面的問題也更加具有針對(duì)性 本文的研究群體為大學(xué)生,大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題是近年來被國(guó)家和社會(huì)廣泛關(guān)注的問題,如何更好地引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生就業(yè)是一個(gè)永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)過時(shí)的話題本文將目光鎖定在財(cái)經(jīng)類專業(yè)大學(xué)生上,這不僅有利于本文研究的深入同時(shí)也可以得出一些實(shí)際的結(jié)論,對(duì)財(cái)經(jīng)類專業(yè)大學(xué)生的就業(yè)提供一些實(shí)實(shí)在在的指導(dǎo)作用
[Abstract]:The study of the influence of Vocational values on Employment Choice is not a New proposition in Western Psychological circles.However, according to the objective situation of our country, there is a huge difference between the understanding of employment choice of Chinese college students and the theory of career choice in foreign countries, which can not help but make people think about the reasons for its formation.It may be caused by the cultural differences between China and the West, or the differences between theory and practice, how to explore some characteristics of a group more effectively, it is very important after the repeated revision of questionnaires and data analysis.Finally got a more satisfactory answer.Based on the relevant theories of professional values, and referring to the influence of vocational values on employment behavior, this paper extensively absorbs the theories of various periods, and forms a unique way of understanding professional values.The division of professional values should not be confined to a certain framework, so that the data of the subjects surveyed can prove this framework stiffly, but on the basis of drawing lessons from the previous theoretical research results, the objective facts should be strictly respected in order to obtain the freshest data.And get an objective and reliable conclusion, the failure of the investigation forced the author to choose to learn from the classic, take their own pathIn reference to the domestic authority Ning Weiwei revised the Super career values scale, and on this basis, which makes this paper ensure the reliability of the final scale and comprehensive analysis data in theory.Instead of applying the 15 indexes of Ning Weiwei's modified Super scale to the survey data, this paper reclassifies the scale of professional values according to the changes of the data itself.Nine indicators are obtained: 偽 _ 1 (authority and challenge); 偽 _ 2 (freshness); 偽 _ 3 (freedom and interpersonal harmony; 偽 _ 4 (altruism and equality); 偽 _ 5 (pay and comfort environment); 偽 _ 6 (safety; 偽 _ 7 (work efficiency and organizational ability); 偽 _ 8 (prestige and achievement; 偽 _ 9) "This ensures that the data is described objectively,And draw an effective conclusion that the case interview also adds new elements to the design of the questionnaire, which makes the original stiff expression in the questionnaire more in line with the current thinking habits of college students, and the problem of employment choice is more targeted.The research group of this paper is college students. The employment of college students has been widely concerned by the state and society in recent years.How to better guide college students to obtain employment is a topic that will never be out of date.
